It's a new mechanic (?) they have added into the game, shaking when cold. It doesn't say so, but seems to occur when you become wet and cold for prolonged periods of time. Often if you relog it'll say you're fully healthy and not cold but your character shakes, like a cold or fever type thing. Get a thermometer and start a fire and your temp should say 35 degrees, get it back up to 35.5 degrees and you'll get rid of the shakes/fever.

I got stuck in a bottom floor apartment building once, there was an open window, so I kept running at it hitting V and eventually jumped through. I didn't break my legs, and it must of been at least a two meter drop. Gotta love them bugs lol.

I found one yesterday on 0.51, don't remember if it was persistence off/on (most of them don't even say which!). I found a steyr aug, cmags, m4 optics ect, cmags were compatible with steyr. But DayzDB have definitely turned off heli crash locations on there map.

I would but I cannot create an account there, and it won't let me use my login from here to there for some reason, says it's protected or some shite. And no I'm not banned, it's just never me let in period.

'Go prone' was disabled awhile ago but now 'Up' isn't working either, I can crouch but not get back up again, I have resorted to ZXC combo which I dislike, but that's ok. I know this has been previously discussed but until 0.51 I've always been able to use the 'UP' option, I find using the X button to slow and clumsy. Can anyone in the know or Devs give some feedback on this? Cheers.

If you don't want to sprint then jog, assuming upcoming fatigue system will be similar to Arma3 then your character won't be getting very far at all.

Finally found PSO-1 at the new military base near Kamensk in the barracks, I've had the same character for about a week now, so that's how long it's taken me to find one.

No I do all those things to mate, I just meant it's boring looking for stuff that isn't spawning.

It isn't fun either, I get so bored looking for them that I just log off.

Having trouble finding AK accessories ( PSO-1 scope, AK hand guard rail, bipod ) on 0.50. I've looked in all right places both military/civilian/russian helicopter, from one end of the map to the other. Across multiple persistence off servers, for the longest time. The only scopes I'm finding are PU/LRS scopes. It says that the PSO-1 scopes can be found in civilian areas on the Dayz wiki, so I checked (house with pinkish roof, sheds, police stations, pubs, tech building with the little room at the top), but I have never seen a PSO-1 spawn in any of these locations. I should of found everything I need by now, are they around? Or are they so incredibly rare that's it's just a waste of time looking for them? Because it sure feels that way to me.

The hyperthermia in game seems to resemble extreme cases here in Australia, not central - northern Europe atm. Trust me, I'm hyperthermic 9/10 out of every 12 months here. We don't have people dropping like flies here every half an hour, and most Aussies work outside or in hot buildings. Even winters can be hot here in Australia depending on where you are. And cooling off can be as easy (not always!) as taking your shirt off and resting in the shade, with water and a breeze. And no I'm not going to talk about hypothermia for obvious reasons. I love the game mechanics, just needs some tweaking I think. B)

So what are the Devs actually saying about the new weapon sway system? Cannot seem to find any comment from them on it or in the change logs. Would be good know what their views are, and if we can expect changes or tweaking.
