At the moment, to me, zombies aren't seen as a problem; just when snipers are looking for aggro, or getting trapped in a building. I think it should take less hits from a zombie to actually do any damage. I think this would get players to actually think before running into zombie-prone areas. For instance: I am in Electro church and want to go loot the fire station Although I see five zombies just roaming the road between me and the fire station - Usually myself and other players would just run past the zombies into the fire station with nothing to worry about from future problems these zombies will cause, but with the more dangerous zombies players will have to evade running across the road - So instead of running across the road I run behind the church and through alley ways to avoid zombie "problems". What I suggest is that zombies are a lot more powerful. Like a "Three-hit-knockout", this would enforce players to - like I mentioned - think about things before going through with them. I'm not sure if I'm the only person who thinks this could be a potential game feature but I do think this would make zombies a lot more threatening. Due to the power increase, I think the zombies would have to be slowed down a bit though. I was thinking maybe The Walking Dead style; Slow at first but when they're attention is gained from human life they gradually gain speed. I'm not sure how aggro would work. But I reckon they should be very hard to get rid of. Just my thoughts, thanks.

In DayZ, tents are the only way to sleep. I'm not sure if any one else has heard of these, but in the military there are things such as Bashas and Ponchos. They are used primarily in woodland. I think these could be useful as they can help camouflage, cover from weather, observation points etc. Extra: I also think rain and other bad weather should effect characters performance. Which is also a good perk as Bashas could be re-packed and placed quickly like the tent.

I thought someone would be thinking that direction :L Yeah, I'm not sure if this is being implemented; But I thing sleep could be a little more useful. I mean, my character hasn't been to sleep in the last eight days :P

Well considering you spawn in with what looks like some sort of plate carrier, you could have a Admin pouch which reads your Blood type. Example: http://www.cadetdirect.com/order1.php?pg=2759 Also, this could tie in with the bandit/hero difference. Bandits {For being naughty} could have rare blood types, whereas Heroes could have more common blood types. Survivors could have a mix in-between.

Hey guys, today I was just recapping on some old memories; and I thought wouldn't it be awesome if one without a weapon could protect them selves from enemies with weapons. I was thinking if you run into Electro church, for example, and bump into a bandit with lets say a Lee-Enfield. You could grab their weapon and point it away from your self. I'm not sure how this would work, but I was thinking it could be some sort of scroll - and within lets say 10 meters. I'm not sure if it would be a good idea if you could steal the weapon completely, but I just thought it would give Bambi's a chance to survive in hot spots. It also doesn't have to be just disarming, it could be a stun, knockout punch etc. Sounds funny but I think it might be able to work. I was playing not a while back, and I was just roaming around with a crossbow I had found. I was taking out zombies etc. then thought to myself, wouldn't it be awesome if I could change weapon sights, suppression etc. What originated this was the fact the Crossbow had/s very bad sights, and I have seen crossbows {IRL} that have red dot sights. Now I'm not exactly sure if this has been made before, but I just thought it would be a nice touch. It would also make weapon accessories more interesting. I'm not thinking like just easy as that finding like a CCO sight or Scope, but I do like the idea. It would have it's limits though, like you can't make a super OP FN-FAL Scope sort of thing. Also, weapon cleaning, after being experienced with live/blank ammunition I know how fast the working parts of a rifle get dirty. I think this should effect performance of the weapon {EG: Weapon jamming etc.}. Plus you would have to find weapon cleaning kits, which would be quite valuable.

I like this idea, I also think this should be either North or Center of the map. As usually in prisons there are an infirmary, canteen, armoury etc. Which could be a potential high loot area, sort of like the NWAF. Also it would be an intense gaming environment. If any one has seen The Walking Dead, if the interior of the prison is set out like that {Long narrow corridors and a very confusing layout} it would be a very nice place to have some sort of showdown. Also if it had mostly no lighting so players would have to use their flashlight or night visions to locate loot. And it would also be quite scary if zombies were to roam around the cell blocks.
