Me thinks spawn points should be in random houses throughout the map. I never understood why we spawned on the beach. Were we out for a day in the sun frolicking in the surf in our pants when the world went to shit?

You could customize your player in the arma ii engine if i'm not mistaken. I know you could replace face textures n stuff. Don't see why they wouldn't do it with this.

Pretty much everyone I run into KOS's anyway. So that would boil down to how good you can actually play and stay concealed in your environment. Get the drop on someone and they surrender & they'll see you for who you are & either know they are going to be robbed/killed. Also, maybe not base banditry so much off of killing but off of what you loot from a live/cuffed player. I'm just throwing ideas around. Meant to stimulate thinking. Not create an argument for or against. After all it's not my decision. Just trying to find a different way to look at the issue. It could be an added goal for someone if they wanted to pursue it. Another end-game.

You kinda missed what I was getting at. I'll try to spell it out. Say you have negative humanity and you want to show it off. You can grab a hoodie and wear it IF YOU WANT and you can put the hood up IF YOU WANT. You don't have to. It would be your CHOICE! but a bandit couldn't roll up sleeves just like a hero couldn't put up a hood. Get it? you would not be forced to do anything you don't want to. It would just be an extra thing you could do based upon your humanity. So long as you wanted to do it. People who act like this is a true to life simulation are ridiculous. It's a fucking game. You get shot and wrap torn up shirts around you and you're good to go. You can run infinitely yet step of a 3 foot high rock the wrong way and you're dead. Peer over and around corners in 3rd person. Yea, realism

Then you'd turn into a bandit & couldn't roll up your sleeves anymore... I'm definitely against MAKING people wear a certain thing based on their actions. Just putting an idea out there that would, at least to me, be an acceptable alternative to flat out skin change.

Perhaps something more subtle would work... Maybe if you're a hero you can roll up your sleeves on certain shirts. ex check shirts. Bandits could flip up the hood on say the hoodies. I'd stress that It would be a CHOICE and not something you'd be forced to do. More of a badge that one could chose to wear if they wanted. Sorry if this idea was already stated. I didn't read all 19 pages of thread.

I was hoping they would have fixed it already. I think houses during the day should be kinda creepy. There would be dark spaces in them where you'd have to use your flashlight. But like night time and your flashlight shining through walls I think the sun shines through during the day and lights up the interior. Could have added a lot of atmosphere to searching for loot. Picture that orange building with 3 exits & no windows on the ground floor. You'd open the door and the area lit would be small and fade to blackness as you went further in... and BAM! a fuckin' zombie or another player out of the darkness. You're vulnerable because you just pulled your flashlight to get a better look. I got lost in my thoughts. excuse me. :|

Noticed this too. In particular those grey tin roofed garages that are everywhere which once spawned motorcycle helm, wrenches, gloves, stuff like that are all completely empty. Those green houses with the 2nd floor, the one with the windows to the balcony in one of the bedrooms spawn nothing upstairs where the table & 2 chairs are. Mil tents are all empty. Those bigger yellow houses with the 2 sets of gray shelving never seem to have anything on them anymore. There are more examples just can't think of them right now.
