As a solution to what some people are saying how they don't want to force players to play a certain way, they could set it to where their is a button on the Home Screen, where it randomly selects a server, so you don't know how many people are on, what the time of day is, etc. So you won't know anything about it until you figure it out yourself. Then for those who want to have a choice, they can open the Server List/Server Browser, and select one manually. Everyone wins?

Because this is a ZOMBIE survival game, hence why it is DayZ. My assumption is the Z stands for Zombie. DayZ would therefore in a sense translate to Day of Zombies. Yeh, logic. But like, it's a zombie survival game dude, so theirs always going to be zombies.

Or accept this fear, because that's what the developers want, that way you won't take stupid risks (Like killing people) and so you'll feel a sense of loss when you do die. Ahem, this type of feeling was intentional. -
(Not sure if what I'm going to say is even correct, but hear me out) Their is also an Anti-Combat Log feature in which your character just sits down for 30 seconds (I think), so you may have just died after logging out.

The shirt does offer slight protection, so I wouldnt suggest ripping it apart until you actually start bleeding.

Its a pretty small vicinity. I usually cant hear people eating/drinking from more than 3 houses over. And thats only sometimes. -

I love this idea. I've seen similar ideas, but most suggest hallucinations of people/zeds. I like how it also wouldn't be easily attained. -
1) Calm down. 2) Make sure your not logging off around zombies. They tend to kill your character after logout (30 Second "Anti Combat Log" Feature) And Also Make Sure Your Not, Well, Combat Logging. 3) Make sure you're not switching between Hardcore and Regular Servers.

Airgrafix, I'm sorry, but you've lost me. By going to try and aid someone who he thought was in trouble would not make him a bandit. He did not communicate for he was going to pursue the "mugger". And he didnt take them on with his fists. They took themselves on. He just ran around in circles basically. And you dont need to lag to be a horrid shot, some people just arent good with guns -
Worn means more of Worn Down than Worn as in Broken In (Like shoes). Pristine should always work the best.

I'm pretty sure the Bohemia Logo is supposed to be Pixelated, but the rest should most absolutely not be like that, but I don't know how to fix it, sorry :/

Alright, so I've been wanting to go on Experimental Servers, so I did all the necessary steps. I went into my steam settings and changed the Beta Participation to where I can do the testing n stuff. The update went through, but when I went to join an Experimental Server, it said I had a bad version. This is happening to both me and my pal, are we skipping something?

They won't be adding "missions". This is YOUR story, and how we the players make it. They had a similar system in the mod, with crashed helicopters and such, and It was okay, but it should be how Rocket plans it, and that is where everything that happens on the map is due to player interaction. If you find a crashed vehicle (When they're added) with a corpse next to it, that used to be an actual player, and he crashed that car. It wasn't a system spawn. This is a nice idea, but it does not belong in this game. -

If you use steam you can use the Steam Browser. Just press Shift+Tab and open the browser (That is if your using the internet for something, if its something else, gl)

Walking Is Exhausting? Then sit down and play some DayZ! :D (And yes, this is a joke, don't think I'm being serious) As to an answer to the question, I don't think getting tired due to walking is intended, unless you walk non-stop for long periods of time. I haven't noticed that my character gets exhausted from walking however. -

Military spawns are so common because not many civilian grade weapons have been made, but I get where your coming from. The amount of potential military spawns (Barracks, AF's, Etc.) seem to be a little too high, but then again, it's a zombie apocalypse, so think of the story behind it. Zombies pop up, military roles in to clear it out, they utterly fail just like ever Zombie Game/Movie that has ever existed, and then we have the people looting the bases. Gotta think from all perspectives.
