As I might agree with the general statement, I don't agree with the "disrespectful" tone it was written in. I get it, people like the coast, but people also don't like getting lost, and it's much easier to navigate on the coast, so people stay there. People stay there also because other people stay there, and so the chain continues. People like action, other people give them that action. it's an addiction, we're gonna have to get over it. -

But everyone would have a different value on the money, and people wouldn't want to trade away their precious ammo for a couple pieces of scrap bills or coins.

I agree, and I think they're working on this (Look at the upcoming patch notes) It doesn't mention this specifically, but they say something along the lines of working on how the zombies do, well everything, this might be included. Of course, I could be wrong, but best of luck, and keep warm :) -

(Heads up, I didnt read too far into this, because I caught he gist of what you were saying, I think) Yeah, it's a known bug. Imagine your character having an invisible box around him, if you walk through small doorways, sometimes that box gets stuck in the doorway. That box is what zombies look at, and attack. So you basically have to go back and "Retrieve" your box, and kill the zombie, or you'll most likely die. Hope this helps, good luck and keep warm :) -

I've had a couple minor incidents with zombies clipping through doors, but for the most part it seemed to work fine. Also, zombies aren't that hard to fight if you fight them "properly", that is, spinning around in circles swinging at them like a madman, believe it or not, it works. Oh and don't spam the attack button, it'll switch your item out. -
(I'm not too well informed, so bare with me) How exactly would pushing a nail into a shotgun shell blow your foot off? Oh, and why does my avatar annoy you? :P

I'm not too fond of these either, I like the more traditional traps, such as snares for example, nothing that really kills, more just traps or something along those lines.

Me and my "Band of survivors" (I like not to refer to us as a group or clan, we just survive together xD) have a very similar strategy, but since we have about 5 of us, we send two people to make first contact, the other 3 spread out at different angles to get better shots (Or in the case of no firearms, get ready for a good ambush position should the opportunity provide itself). We keep our distance and tell them if they get too close we won't hesitate to shoot. Usually this keeps people away, except for the "Nothing-to-lose" freshies. But keep up the good work, stay safe, and stay warm :) -

I don't think the intention (at least in my opinion) is to run into players a lot, it's to make the few interactions you have count for something. Also, I think that fear of the weather is more important than fear of other people, in the conditions the world is at that time, you shouldn't be afraid of people as much as what the world is throwing at you now, be it zombies, the weather, natural disasters (Yeah, I know it's not in the game, just an example xD). But hey, different people, different playstyles, different opinions. :)

I like this idea in the general sense, but not with the items you suggested. You should not at all spawn with an Axe, that would be too good of a starter item, also I don't think it should be the same thing each time, it should randomize (Within limits, no spawning with anything "good"). It should also be an option that you can toggle on and off in the character creation menu.

Servers restarting far too often.. sometimes 2-3 times in an hour ?

I've noticed Persistent servers crash a lot, maybe that's what's happening to you. Mind checking to see if you're joining a bunch of persistent servers? -

I was having a grand ole time with a friend of mine, we were doing wonderful for ourselves at the time, had traveled pretty far inland, but then we realized we were dehydrated af, (And we had no clue you could drink from ponds) and well, my friend dropped unconscious, I'm freaking out, not wanting to die, and then I dropped unconscious, only to never see daylight again... (In that life that is ;) )
