Yeah, more maps would be cool. No resources, but having a map of it would be tight.

NONONONONONOBO JESUS CHRIST GO AWAY -
I despise everything about a humanity system. Removes all player tension. No. I really want Rocket to realize that humanity systems of any kind have no place in this game. I would be elated to see it removed.

Reduce artificial difficulty (randomness) and increase real difficulty in SA
CreepySalad replied to _Anubis_ (DayZ)'s topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
You implied it was difficult, and unfair. Anyway, no. Medical stuff is being revamped. You were complaining about the way sickness works, like if we get rid of that, the zombies would become clever, and animals would run away from you. -
Dislike the humanity system. Gets rid of ALL tension of who to trust, blah blah. We should just remove it.

Urban Dead - An example for a good Zombie MMO
CreepySalad replied to BlakkM9's topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
No to all of them except the barricading. -
N-No. No safe zones, no trading posts, or anything, unless they are created by the player, and not a game mechanic. Fuck.

Reduce artificial difficulty (randomness) and increase real difficulty in SA
CreepySalad replied to _Anubis_ (DayZ)'s topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
The Skyrim thing you said is irrelevant. The game is about survival. That's the main point of the game. That's where the danger lies. If Skyrim was modded so that you drop your weapon every ten seconds, that wouldn't make any sense. Getting a disease from being scratched by a diseased corpse, or eating raw meat doesn't make any sense to you guys? -
Reduce artificial difficulty (randomness) and increase real difficulty in SA
CreepySalad replied to _Anubis_ (DayZ)'s topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
Well things like that in real life are randomized, and you can always take precautions to not get sick. This IS supposed to be realistic survival experience. Cook your meat before you eat it, and don't get hit by zombies. There, your problem is gone. -
Guns should be dangerous. If anything, they should be buffed. All of them.

End Game: Gardening, not "Events"
CreepySalad replied to roykingtree's topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
I REALLY hope he won't add quests and shit. I'll stop playing. Anyway, I wouldn't mind gardening, it should just be hard to find seeds, and you should also have to maintain it A LOT. It should also take quite a bit of time to grow. -
That'd only be bad to themselves. They'd attract zombies and players. They'd make me happy, not mad. I get their stuff~

Maybe it can track the volume of your voice, and use that to switch, instead of pressing a button. Teamspeak does this, kinda. The voice tracking part.

A Way to Introduce a more Work-together environment?

You'll only need a basic knowledge about cars. But if you want to read a UAZ manual, you can. Whatever. -
A Way to Introduce a more Work-together environment?
CreepySalad replied to Steam_Power's topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
I made a post like that a while back. My first post on here me thinks. http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/119543-player-skill-this-is-not-a-leveling-thread/page__st__20 -
I think we should add it. But it shouldn't be up there. It also shouldn't be doable if you're being hit. I still like the idea of turning into a zombie (getting infected) if you're killed by them. That'd be cool. It would also be incentive to kill yourself. Zombies should also depose of bodies by munching on them. Don't know why I brought that up, I just think it'd be a good idea.

Some ideas I've been thinking about;
CreepySalad replied to victusmortuus's topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
With the in vehicle thing, players shouldn't be able to use the blood bag accurately. There should be a large chance of failure. Depending on car speed. -
A Way to Introduce a more Work-together environment?
CreepySalad replied to Steam_Power's topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
I wouldn't like this. It's been suggested plenty of times, but it gets rid of the feel. If this is to be added, I think it should be random. It'd be nice. But the thought of a GUI popping up on your screen and saying "CHOOSE AN OCCUPATION" is a no-no. I still think we should have interactive things. So that way player knowledge would = character knowledge. First post I made here. -
This game is supposed to be hard as actual survival would be. So yeah, in this case, realism = fun.
-
How could something be TOO realistic? Well, I guess... No, something like THIS be TOO realistic? I, personally, want a Receiver type gunplay. Of course, I know that's not 100% possible, but we can fit like, 30% in there at least. Making everything interactive with guns would be really interesting to me. Push people out of their comfort zones. It would be swell.
-
You guys need to quit bringing up the engine, man. They're revamping it. Totally. Anyway, swell idea.
-
Not true. In a zombie apocalypse, there's no wanted signs, and people who wear leather jackets and chains aren't bad. The examples in your post are kinda eh too. Someone getting close to you could be a sign of trust as well. Someone not trusting you is natural, considering. Telling them to drop their gun within five seconds, on the other hand, is a good way to tell that your a bandit.
