I've survived quite a while solo, many days. my recent death was caused not by bandit nor zombie, but by the dreaded Debug Sea and being hungry/thirsty. Teamwork can make things easier, but isn't a requirement. I will try to say nothing else, since I don;t want to feed anymore.

When do you decide Friendly or Bandit?

I decide friendly if I know their middle name, mother, birthday, and the stupidest thing they have ever done. Everyone else is considered a threat, unless they try and come up behind me then I consider them in attack mode and act accordingly. -
Patience, the ruffians are making their moves since it's E3 and there is less people about. Soon enough homeostasis will return.

I think it's totally worth it myself. Look at it this way, if you get 30 hours of enjoyment that's a buck and hour, way cheaper than a movie.
