Good job man, i myself am a bandit but not one of them KoS kiddies you have described. i became a friendly bandit killing coast snipers killing bambi's. i team with unarmed bambi's finding them guns and supplies till their well enough to survive on their own. anyone i see armed is dead though.

I think this would be my third or fourth post now of my favorite kill/kills but here is my most recently updated one which I’m going to tell like it happened as a real life event. I wake up from my deep slumber unstirred by the screams and howls of the dead. It seems they do not bother me anymore. Everything is now a blur, my mind filled with unanswered questions like: what made me change? Was it the pure fear in the young man I saved life or could it be the thrill of the hunt is gone? Where has my sanity gone as I betray my people? Trying to clear my thoughts I look around my surroundings hearing the sounds of footsteps and some talking between two people not even 20 meters of my position. I lie in wait hoping I don’t resort to taking them out. They pass the fern I lay underneath heading towards the barracks. I lose my cool. They have come to close to discovering me. I yell “friendly” then they dive straight to the ground and yell back “us too.” I could tell one had the Lee Enfield. They don’t know who or where I am. I tell them “I see you, put your weapons down! I won’t shoot unless threatened to.” They drop their guns. I ask, “how many are there of you?” he then replies “just two.” I stand up assuming there not lying. They get up and look around, pick up their guns and aim straight at my face. I could feel the cold steel against the side of my head as one of them dig through my backpack realizing my as50 is in it. “why did are you doing this?” I ask. He then nods his head quickly with no reply. I then whisper the code, “the eagle spread its wings” The response said, “first sniper in position” and “second sniper call it in.” I then yell “Now!!!” I hear a solid thump to the ground. I look at them. As50 shot to the chest and one to the head. I call it in and sniper1 replies, “dammit I was a little off!” We go on through the barracks with my support up in the forest well hid but not well enough. I hear shots but not from my men. Then off in the distance I hear “yea another two down!” I run up to their bodies and notice the man run to the two we just killed. It seems he has already looted my friends and has now made off with the others loot to. I run at him after I pull out my hatchet running up behind him as he loots the last body. I then say “for my friends you just killed!” he is dead after two hits with the hatchet. R.I.P sniper support 1 and 2 Not my best kill but it was my best vengeance kill. My snipers were the people that I had decided not to kill when I ran across and saw they had no weapons and had just died to a random hacker. I helped them get their revenge in turn they join me on my journeys across the country I think is Russia. p.s. I’m not good at making things seem realer than they are and sorry for the bad grammar I was rushing but I tried my best.

How I'd play: do not kill unarmed people, start a bandit group of real bandits not KoS CoD kiddies, holding people up, kill if a player is not friendly, and just be a bambi protector by killing camping snipers or bandits KoSing. I used to play like these shits that called themselves bandits now i am a friendly bandit/field medic in my own group of bandits.

Actually I started off as a bandit. After watching several banditing videos I thought, "this looks so fun!" Later It got boring and gave up on KoS for a chance to team up with different people (unarmed only). Anyone with a good weapon that I want or when I need supplies. Now known as a friendly bandit partnering with defenseless Bambi's that could use help. So basically everything went from ruthless to friendly.

Old school bandit- one who robs and kills for loot that is worth something. New bandit- CoD deathmatch kiddies.

The only easy day was yesterday... (Bandit one day Hero the next) I can't get over the fact i helped out a Bambi! Now I feel as if I betrayed every bandit that is able to call themselves a bandit. Yesterday after a good 3 kills at NWAF I finally got the one sniper rifle that has eluded me through my life of DayZ, the SVD. Its an amazing gun btw. I decided to log off after 30 minutes of waiting for another player to run through. The next day I spawned and ran to Elecktro (my usual town to snipe in). I came across this player with a broken leg and bleeding being harassed by 2 bandits. He was talking over direct chat saying, "stop, don't kill me." I take out my AK74 Kobra, and sprayed them fiercely dropping them both. I had this pity for the new spawned player, I mended his leg and gave him a blood transfusion. I let him take all their loot and told him to hide the bodies so they can't start off so easy. What am I? I'm definitely no bandit now. I broken the bandit code by acts of heroism to survivors. I am now the DayZ bambi protector. Killing bandits and Hero's, but allowing unarmed players to live. p.s. this is my best and most meaningful kill and save on DayZ.

I'm tired of the bambi's and hero's replying to stuff on our campfire and criticizing our means of killing and betray'll or even us as snipers praying on the lowly bambi's for extra food and bandages. If you dont like what we gotta say dont even enter this page. Go to survivor HQ cause this forum is not for you.

I kill everyone that i see that i dont know and i still dont trust the people im with. Im thinking about a little betrayll like putting a satchel charge on their chopper. So yea i do the same KoS is all i know cause in this game you have no friends.

I'm a bandit that kills new spawns cause most of the good people in this game are gone. You let a bambi live he comes back with a lee enfield stalking you until he gets his chance. its better not to take chances

And killing Bambi's by sniping is a bad thing? I'm the worse thing ever to happen to this game the. Plus if your gonna criticize a bandit on the "Bandit Campfire" you shouldn't be on this part of the forum. let us do our thing.

Bambi's were meant to be killed for being just weak, they are the bottom of the food chain and we gain ammo, food, and medical supplies from their deaths (a good easy way to become bandits). My point being KoS, don't wait to see if their friendly even if unarmed. If you leave them be and they come back with a gun and kill you how would you feel? It's already happened to me. Trust no one, spare no one, and no mercy.

personally i would find the best sniper i could from a distance and pick them off 1 by 1

good reason to kill unarmed bambi they find gun and shoot u in the back or find a hatchet and slice and dice u

yea well thats good to but when it comes to me i snipe whatever i can find its survival i go down take the beans and bandages and possibly ammo then go back up

New favorite DayZ kill even though it involved the inevitable death of myself. It started as a normal heli flight i had just got evacuated by my 2 friends. I hop in the gunners seat when all of a sudden another heli flies over head. As bandits we take our chances and fly up to the heli and i start firing killing the gunner and pilot so then the heli flies straight into ours killing everyone. So far my best kill and most awesome death.
