These will more than likely be added when item repair/maintenance is added in. I'd also like to see that sewing kits could be used to 'customize' some articles of clothing to add patches and such for group identification. IE you add your clan logo to a bandanna with a sewing kit and tie it to your arm.

I doubt they'd need external testers for a console port, that and it'd be more difficult to get it to the testers as opposed to PC.

Start by verifying the files on steam. Next, go make a bug report our upvote one that already exists.

You need to make a separate account for the bug submission. Try vaulting (V) near the walls. Usually works with me but I've never been stuck in this particular building.

I don't think that's a good idea. I can think of a few funny things to do now in game with a couple of press vests, some rope, and a fire extinguisher. I'm basing it on what Dean said. Not what 'Game Website X' honed in on and hyped one sentence fragment of what Dean said (IT'S GONNA RELEASE IN JUNE!!!!!!11111oneoneuno). Dean said they'ed CONSIDER porting it consoles if sales were good, but that it wouldn't be until well after the 'Retail Release' (meaning when the version number goes from 0.x to 1.x). Only time will tell, hell who knows, maybe in optimizing the engine for PC's they'll find a way to optimize it enough for the consoles to use the Arma Engine and open up other BIS games. And for the PC Master Race, think of it this way, how likely is it that we'll have shared servers with the Peasants? Hell the Peasants can't even share severs among themselves.

All thous places used to spawn loot, but that was in the first patch and they nerfed the amount of loot since the code was unoptimized and they servers could barely handle it. They've just been turned off for now and I expect whenever the code is optimized to a satisfactory point they'll start turning the loot in thous buildings on again.

It's still early, and yes other diseases and sicknesses have been confirmed for the game, as well as different cures for them, just have to wait and be PATIENT.

Short answer: Yes. If you bought Minecraft for PC you'd still have to buy it for PS3/4/Xbox/Mobile, same applies with DayZ. And this is assuming it even makes it to consoles.

The weapon light and the bayonets can be used on their own (dunno if the bayonets actually do damage yet or not, never had a zombie around when I wanted to test it)

Well if you want hot brass on your cheek every time you shoot lefty that's fine. Yes they do make left handed guns and conversion kits, but that's a very small minority. Some things it won't really mater (break action shotgun), but your standard AK/AR15 will eject the brass on the right side.

Well the basically took the topographical map from somewhere in the Czech republic (actually half of a map, the coastline of Chernarus is actually a river on the real life counterpart. FOUND IT! https://maps.google.de/?ie=UTF8&t=h&ll=50.678785,14.15657&spn=0.024121,0.054202&z=15) They did take a lot of the town layouts and such from the real life maps (the Dev team went on a roadtrip to 'real' Chernarus and got a lot of detail inspiration). But it's not an exact copy and paste sort of thing (when they develop that technology, please make a DayZ Oahu map, I want to practice for...unrelated events).

They could 'convert' one of the castles or add another to act as the prison, sort of like Colditz. There's a lot of farm land as well and where they place it would really depend on what type of prison it'll be (modern, semi modern, still active gulag, ect). Then again there's always...Green Mountain. *lighting and thunder* Or rather under Green Mountain.

Now that I've thought about it I think there should actually be an abundance of cars, but a rarity of parts. In theory you COULD repair every vehicle on the server, but it'd be easier to just find a car you like and scavenge from the other cars to repair it to working condition. IE you have a working car but 3 of the doors are shot up and the hood is missing, making your car slightly slower and louder. You drive your skoda next to another that's in a ditch, flat tires, punctured radiator, ect, but the hood and doors are intact so you take thous off of the other car and use it to fix up your Skoda.

Probably up north somewhere. A lot of the buildings and towns haven't been 'added', but it obvious that they're going to be up there. That or they would have to edit an existing town and put it in. Though with the military camp at Stary Sobor gone they have some room to play with in that town alone. Though it would make more sense for a large prison to be near a large town unless its a 'brand new' prison. Do you know if they scrapped the idea of the prison itself or just the idea of putting it on an island?

Think of it this way...Some loser is paying at least $60 a month to rent a server just so he and his friends can gear up in a game where they'll probably lose it when they go to another sever or when they get sniped. Not only that but he's vulnerable to having his server revoked without a refund when/if he's caught.

I honestly think there should be a 'medium' number of vehicles on a server (not including bikes, there should be at least as many bikes as there are players on a server all scattered around). So like 5 : 1 player vehicle ratio.
