But these functionalites could than be added eventually. The idea is simply to add more diversity in adding seemingly useless junk as money or maybe unique loot as champagne/sparkling wine into the game to even advance the idea of scavenging. Going through junk and making decisions "That is awesome, but can i afford my remaining space to be wasted for sparkling wine? Ohh YEAH it can..." Some other ideas: Cloths&towels, vac-packed instant-coffee, watches, coins, puppets&dolls, Matryoshkas, pans, fire extinguishers, ...

    i notice something weird since i've tried to start the game minutes ago: the game starts, however there is a massive "lag" if you may say so the moment i try to confirm the alpha notice. i can't press anything in the menu: either the game responds a minute later or nothing happens at all. i can't play the game basically (need to alt+F4 it). i didn't change anything since yesterday. it's really weird... edit: oh maybe because steam gets DDoSed again ;)

    0.30.114008: i notice lag. when putting items on the ground they sometimes appear only about 25 to 35s later. never happend before to me. have low ping and no desynch as well.

    The best idea against server hopping

    my take: increment (exponentially) spawning times as well as spawning radius with every hop.. by extreme you spawn after 15 mins not in elektro but in the ocean. it would be in need of a good decision-making process to distinguish between "regular server-change" or a "hop/combat log" my conclusion is: the almost "best" trade-off would be the radius thing. it would obstruct hopping for loot/combat logging/ghosting tremendously edit: what if you say "but then i'd spawn anywhere, completely vulnerable in the middle of an open area". hmmm that'd be a good point. what if you would always spawn lying on the ground for example... but that's just an idea

    probably still due to ddos on steam? i rubberband now ex(t)/©reme(nt)ly (never happend to me before), can't use the hotbar anymore and can't vault anymore
