Agreed it would be nice to see your own stats such as Zombie kills, time spent alive, distance traveled and what not but as for leader boards i agree with the general concensus that they serve no real point in a game like DayZ.

You might have to go to steam and repair the files, just a thought (happened to me). Edit: Go to Steam Library, right click Properties, click tab Local Info, click Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
