Ok,so I read here http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/1808-guide-installation-guide-steam-retail-mixed-beta-common-errors/ and I have a question. I installed Arma II via Steam,and I saw that on Steam is also the DayZ mod.How do I proceed?I follow the guide from there or I just install DayZ via Steam and it will work?

Vanilla DayZ..so vanilla DayZ means DayZ without the new updates wich are going on?Or just with that updates?

What is the difference between Private Hive and public servers? In my opinion,just the "private" means a good and nice community when can I learn to play this game.The problem is I don't know what Private Hide to choose.

What I want?I want player's opinions on best servers around here. Wich is better?Private Hive or Public servers? I want a server where can I play all-time,so I can enjoy my experience.

As DayZ improves just in front of my eyes I am always,always wondering...what requirements will this game have?I don't know if it's just me but I'm pretty sure I've saw 1 or 2 framerate drops in the vid and damn..I'm scared :( ..

This was discussed many times...and people always said that "spawning" zombies at the start of server will create lag..Well?

So you mean adding character classes into the game..no. As they start,each player should be equal with everyone else.The decisions and actions you make in the game should define your character and that includes your idea.Not spawn with a fat guy,spawn normal,eat alot and get fat :D .Don't eat,get skinny...

I don't like the idea of more different zombies..like in l4d for eg.In dayZ the zombies are infected humans...but it will be sweet if there are more types of humans : children,woman,fat guys,skinny guys,muscle guys. I totally agree with the ways you can kill them. And bath/shower sounds good..but where can you make a shower in the fucking zombie apocalypse? :D Maybe in the ocean?Idk...but the idea of "disinfect yourself" sounds good.

Spawn with a weapon?Don't you want even to chose what kind of weapon?Come on guys,you are taking too much rubbish ideas from warz.That's why many people like dayz,.. 'cuz is hard(altough it's pretty easy once you played a wile).You don't spawn with guns and maps and flashlights and that kind of rubbish and you then go and kill zombies and other players...You need to work for this .. and that's why the game isn't boring. BUT..I'm agree with the knife/meele thing . It could be useful.

And then what?Buff..end of the game,credits?This isn't that kind of game..I think..

Not flamethrower,people will abuse it and you'll find new spawn bambies burning and running everywhere. Spear?This is 21st century,not Medieval Age. Katana?This is Russia as a guy posted earlier. I don't know if I'm ok with the chainsaw either..toooo op(overpwered) The rest seems ok :)

1)No.It's more realistic as it is.In this way you can break a group when ever you want and you can betraye and be batrayed,wich makes you to be alot careful with who you party(sorry for my english) . 2)Good idea for those who don't have a mic. 4)The whole npc thing isn't "in the way of DayZ"(if you know what I mean) for me. 5)"realistic" isn't the word wich you can describe a zombie.Did you really saw real zombies?:o ..
