No they can't, mods cannot just change the limitations of an engine, that's one of the main reasons for the standalone.

The reason DayZ/Arma was scripted so much was because it was easy to script on the Arma 2 engine, the new DayZ (Arma 2.6 Omega Beta Zulu engine) doesnt allow this and scripting will be ALOT harder. long ranged ESPs SHOULD be stopped by the client bubble aswell. and apparently the standalone will have Valves Anti Cheat thing to ban hackers too....not sure if that's actually true

1:Laptop 2: i3, probably a mid ranged one too 3: no mention of a GPU so I assume you don't have one.(iGPU) those are your problems. I have a similar laptop (by the sounds) and it gets similar FPS, you either buy something with a good GPU & CPU or you're stuck with 10-20fps.

Global bans are not handled by the creators of Dayz nor the DayZ Forum Mods, this is an issue that you take up with BattlEye, considering that you just admitted that you did indeed hack you will not get anything turned back.(can you even turn back a GB?)

You realise you just quoted Yatzee quoting rocket right? 50. cals were taken out of the game because they were un-authentic, why would you need any form of anti-vehicle weapon when you're killing zombies. they were also ridiculously over-powered, more effective than pretty much every CQC weapon up close if you used it right, easily spammable at a moments notice spawned in by every hacker ever and their spawn chances were probably up'd by tons of servers owners too.
