I've heard if you don't put any settings on high you aren't even using your GPU much.try putting 1 or 2 settings up to high (if you haven't already)

judging by the fact that spawns are fully repaired and people can stock up on convoys and you spawn with a shotgun, every loot spawn has probably been upped an insane amount, so you aren'y that lucky -
