Just had a game after not playing DayZ/ Deathmatch for 2 months and got KOS by the fist player I came across on a server with 7 players.And that player that shot me was KOS before I died I seen a post from Rocket a few days ago saying DayZ is a MMO and Arma is fps...Dont think so.

I do have a 120 gig SSD,and being so small you tend to keep it tidy,and that might be the problem with some are having, 500GB of junk on their pc

Iv just been doing some benchmarks and I used a 6850( MSI R6850) and a GT 630 and two cpu's. I used the GT630 2gig($63 AU) with a FX8350 and a run through cherno...store, fire station,hospital ect Frames: 23387 - Time: 677262ms - Avg: 34.532 - phenom 955 BE OC 3.8 GT630 Frames: 8757 - Time: 369021ms - Avg: 18.730 - CPU makes a big difference here phenom 955 BE OC 3.6 and 6850 and run through Electro same as above but got into a AI/bot gun fight Frames: 80035 - Time: 1743202ms - Avg: 45.913 - Min: 5 - Max: 64 Ill put the 6850 in the FX8350 and see how it goes tomorrow,

I have two 6850s,6790,5800 okish? and 7950 and single cards runs Arma2/Dayz fine. Originally the pc(now sons) has had one of each card and both 6850s and Phenom II X4 955(now FX8150). As of yesterday I picked up a $5 pc(old HP AMD) from a garage sale and put one of the 6850s,4 gig ram and 955 in it. So far any combination of FX8350(mine),FX8150,Phenom 955 any of the above cards and 4 to 8gig ram have run Arma2/Dayz fine. I do have a bottom end Nvidia MSI GeForce GT 630 2GB $69 might install and see what the performance is in each rig.

They(Valve/Steam) want to games to be fully ported/run natively on Linux,but that requires the game devs to come on board. @Cap'n You dont have to buy a steambox,just have a linux os(Mint as in video) and steam for Linux. Good place to look at linux http://distrowatch.com/

I have the same cpu&gpu and had no problems with it or its replacement(below). I only installed the 8350 last week to replace the 8150 and that replaced my sons Phenom II X4 955.
