you have to prepare yourself before hand. bloodbags spawn empty bloodgroups are in game so if you get blood from another player you will need to be compatible and both blood tested you need to remove your own blood beforehand to give yourself a transfusion blood heals at increased rate with vitamin pills and higher food levels. >get blood bag >fill blood bag >take vitamins and eat/drink that's how you gotta do it. i believe saline is an option. -
SA A is very easy to gear up and survive currently to aid bug detection if you're having issues with it you should read up on where loot used to spawn in the mod, and go search yourself. dont eat anything you wouldn't eat irl i only pick up pristine items you can drink from rivers zombies die in 1hit to gun or axe balota and NWAF are buffed north the map is new area with spawns nobody goes to for civ loot i've already done 3-4 circuits from balota, to nwaf, then north and east to neaf and the new towns this will be a brilliant game when it's done. it is worth playing regardless of what rocket said, it runs better than arma2 ever did and it's a really pretty hiking simulator if nothing else.

+vitamin pills eat/drink more than usual if this is grey low blood screen. curently there is also weird lines glitch screen, but it sounds like you're just low on hp. at this point if you're alone with no ^full blood bag it's probably better to backflip and kill yourself. i also think nighttime needs heavy moonlight so as not to ruin ArmA2's good looks for the sake of darkness -

i think the way it renders stuff now makes the game even more pretty than arma2. i agree about loot rendering however.

gtx660 normal version better than arma2 ever was more optimised than battlefield4 alpha was more integral game than battlefield4 only lags occasionally in largest cities -

duct tape tripwires can+bullet+nail mines random survivor crafted weapons that lob rocks using gas out of a drainpipe vehicles even more camouflages, like ATACS, multicam etc. civilian alternatives to DHSK top+pants with 5-6 pockets rifle slings looting burnt out cars for car parts. following on from that, car alarm base-proximity tripwire scuba gear and underwater loot, improved swimming illicit substances, including morphine and marijuana cigarettes (mgs4 effect, calms you down) bears (when animals are put in) fishing, boat fishing, lake fishing harpoons and harpoon gun foregrips ballistic glasses fancy tuxedo packs of wolves completely useless tank that drinks fuel, breaks and has no ammunition panchos, cloth and waterproof life preservers wrap duct tape around boots for extra homelessness nail gun fires that spread through foliage like in far cry volumetric leaves, twigs on the floor, so the floor isn't always flat texture. zombie herds (coming i think) tasers boomboxes CDs for vehicles minerals and pickaxes, rudimentary forging after underground construction implimented precious metals, gold, jewels. (incase you want a pile of shiny things) gagging (disables a player's voice chat and ability to type) walkie-talkie remote (leave a walkie talkie somwhere and communicate with unsuspecting players, maybe leave one in a car remote controlled airplanes, "amazon" drones, remote controlled cars. should be loadable with explosives. would make trading possible. polaroid camera spotting telescope + binocs monocle heavy ballistic vest knee + elbow pads brewing mirror, (attachable to spoon or other impliment with gum) gum socks of different types. should be a requirement to have a dry pair of socks for survival quicker boot degradation from pristine to worn, but slowed degradation after that point surgery with many guts priest robes lab coat (8 pockets) vicar's collar afro wig STINGER tyre traps police stations and other equipment the occasional zombie that can run faster than you can, melee nastier than others military zombies still holding firearms that wave them around and fire entirely at random (not aiming) burka shimagh dish-dash super glue blu-tac (for sticking paper onto walls for a note (alt tape)) spray paint normal paint, and brushes hallucinations ticks bracken thick snow some-place on the map, and a taller peak. someplace north. make it crunchy. a low % chance to sneeze and discharge your weapon seisures (unlucky player spawns as an epi) hair growth creating your own preserved food actual bonus for cooking food recipes ability to forage from pumpkin patches, apple trees etc moonlit nighttime (theres no point in losing how beautiful arma2 can be just to have nighttime, people just turn gamma up anyway.) torch default hold changed to pointing infront of your character (without having to press space, this stumps new players apparently.) laser pen (civ loot. i want to see some really powerful lasers of different colours. if they left beams these could be used for group coordination.) lighters (vs matches) character bird immitations, for group communication (like those scout troopers in ROTJ) blowtorch + appropriate headgear soldering biscuits porridge barbeques portable generator running on petrol appliances and electronics for generator bread + baking player-draggable trailers, trollies, shopping carts, skateboards battery-powered handheld fan liquid nitrogen (incase you want to say "freeze" and really mean it) your character gains a small passive bonus to stamina and blood regeneration while running with another player playermade biltong+jerky fresh milk, cheese + butter creation with cows rideable horses rideable donkeys swords and lances medieval armour sun dials falling rocks from cliffs flares+ flareguns millitary bugging and surveilance items IR scopes and lasers bows, compound bows, crossbows ability to leave trophies from hunting at your camp graves and grave markers water collection from rain -

you could leave yourself directions in spray paint with arrows you could leave traps with a huge spray painted arrow on a road pointing to beans spraypaint and also duct tape you can actually wrap around stuff, or stick to walls to make tripwires

not even. if you have tuna cans you can survive indefinitely without any sharp item +water sip -
jungle boots are better than military boots fyi faster to dry and aid keeping your feet cool and insulated on a hot day

rather than nerf the speed of drinking from standing water or anything, but when animals are put in, make it so that once in a while one dies near a water source, giving negative health effects to anyone who drinks from it without checking the source is clean. also a zombie in the water could spread infection if you drink from it. like that well zombie in TWD. what do you think? right now i can run all the way up to NWAF from balota up the new stream without stopping to look for drinks....

this except for the new town above berezino, that always has abundant civ loot because nobody has been there yet. -
i prefer a single server hive. you'll get to know the other survivors through combat or cooperation, and you'll have to go around the map and wait for server restarts to get loot, rather than hopping like mad. full hives mean that if you see a player you can (i'm not saying i do, or you should) just log out and hop server. (not talking about in-combat log, just if you see them first.) even if it wasn't hive like it is, people would just covet the military loot even more and kill for it even more swiftly.

i've been using them all the time with no negative impacts. i've only used the NWAF pump so far in SA. maybe i'll see some, but maybe they should be more obvious, especially with the amount of shitty standing water i've been drinking

why would you wear jeans when you can have trousers for survival purposes with more pockets? why wear a tshirt when i can wear a hoodie (civ...) or a 6 pocketed parka? why would i wear running shoes when i can have highly durable jungle boots specially designed to dry fast and keep your feet cool. why would i not wear a tactical vest? i can fill it full of colas and beans

find a lake or stream buddy. there's one that runs 1/3 balota-NWAF now that you can just run along and sip as you go.

now it's making money (even though it already was through OA sales) they'll likely give them more support. if dayz becomes a bigger cash cow than ArmA3 they're obviously going to want more of a role.
