Hi survivors, Since few days now we are experiencing some problems to get the connection with the hive after server restart... :( We have to restart the server manually several time to connect properly to the hive. Hi, Don't know if you are aware of that but you can split DMR mag to M24 mag. ;)

Hi all, Some issues that I can report: - Player location not enough/never saved to the HiveExt.log when running without changing direction or stop their run. - Player sickness not fast enough saved to hive. That cause many Alt-F4 escape to prevent player sickness. - Server FPS issue, need to restart the server to fix the problem.

Hi, In fact, that is not reflecting your config. The current version of dayz mod has some fps issues and sometimes server admin need to restart the server to fix that. In normal condition your GPU should reach 100% and your FPS should increase, this FPS issue should be fixed in the future hotfix i guess.

Oui je me souviens du moment de ce friendly fire, j'étais ingame. Dans ce cas c'est bien un bug car ds le hive il est mort 4 minutes plus tard en même temps que Rafael. Le server à du avoir une coupure SQL avec le hive à ce moment là je ne vois pas d'autre explication, les logs sont formels. C'est déjà arrivé mais c'est rare, il y a eu un soucis général sur Battleye hier soir, c'est peut être lié.

Re, J'ai analysé les logs plus en détails, tu es mort à 40, Westen est mort à 44 et Rafael en même temps à 44 donc Westen n'est pas mort en même temps que toi. Si tu l'as vraiment vu mourrir c'est que sa mort n'a pas été sauvée ds le hive. Ca peut arriver mais c'est assez rare. J'ai visité la barrak un peu plus tard, il y avait au moins 5 cadavres ds les douches... un endroit dangereux quand le server est plein ;)

Ok because i can see in the graph that all your players was leaving at midnight ;) I don't know what to do with our issue, maybe we will restart the server with password lock and connect into to see if the same behavior happens. If yes, we will be sure that is not a hack. -

Hi Faco, Regarding this issue, i was investigating on our server for a couple of days and in our case that couldn't be a hack. And when I'm looking to your gametracker server graph, i guess you get the same issue as us ;) The server was fine and 2 minutes after the 2AM server restart, all players was doing "BIS effect" .... etc.. The same for yesterday and the day before, at each restart... Hi people, Is it possible for server admins to monitor "combat log" abuses ? It was possible partially in 1.7.6 in the RPT file but not in the last version of the mod :( I can see a lot of "kicked because of client is not responding" but impossible to verify if it's a real "combat log" behavior... Thanks for your help

Hi, You are right, most bandits are bad bandits these time... And the worst, many survivors are going to be bad bandits these time. I was in the north for a long time and i was killed for the first time in the 1.7.7.1 last Sunday :( I'm trying to go back to the north but i didn't manage to achieve that... 5 times infected and try again, 3 times KOS by survivor (not bandit <_< )... Maybe i don't have enough luck but I'm only trying to get a backpack, some food and drink and then run to the north, is it too difficult? My infection rate is around 1 infection for 5 zed hits, I'm damned >:( A lot of player didn't care about their humanity level and this is not normal !!!! Anyway, my idea to restore the "help each other spirit" in dayz is to discourage fake bandits and promote heroes. Simply by changing the blood level at spawn: 9000 for bandits, 15000 for heroes and 12000 for survivors, that's it ! Thanks for reading. DJ Teschmi -

Thanks for the explanation. ---------------------------------------- Another idea i want to share with you, on our server we changed a little bit the createvehicle.txt filter to monitor some things in the log. We are now logging "Pipebomb", "Sandbag", "HedgeHog" and "WireCat" to avoid any abuse or malicious things. What do you think about generalize that? Thanks -

"BIS" message disappeared after our reboot at 11H this morning, that's good, but it means that there was another invisible hack last night ... With the new script.txt filter we shouldn't see anything in the script.log under normal conditions, that's right?
