I guess if it's not like this it will be like this one day. With almost never restarting servers loot has to respawn and therefore old loot has to vanish. If I remember right it worked like this back in the mod.... sometimes. But it was faster to respawn if you took all the loot, dropped it outside and then waited.

Let's just wait until they reworked the inventory / action bar system and everything is fine. We wont need a special quick draw function and even if, why shouldn't you be able to aim / keep it for longer than 4-5 sec?

I would like to see a something like a skill tree too, but only where player skill doesn't matter. Never ever adjust your aim over passive skills. Holding your breath longer, sprinting faster, these things are okay, but I'd prefer to make the player responsible for everything else. (Lockpicking like in tes 4/5, gutting with your mouse and keyboard, etc. I hope they will add atleast some small "mini-games", even if I don't think that it will be possible, ever :D.

KoS is cool but these clips, sorry but 3rd person shooting without iron sight and maxed out gamma / brightness. You can do better than that

This statement from you, I didn't expect that :O . Spawns can't be realistic ( 1. respawning 2. too much in a real scenario) Maybe every 2nd / 3rd trouser should have a belt. Or you can craft a rope with 4 rags. Something like that.

Totally promoting this idea, I love the step by step playing too (I am dissapointed if I find big backpacks early, screw them I want my school bag!). It would be good if you need something to strap a rifle to your back, e.g. 2 belts or ropes. Maybe 1 belt / rope would be enough to strap a handgun to your side (improvised holster). And if they adjust the rarity ( later in the dev progress) we will see more handguns that way.

Why the hell do you want to "balance" weapon stats? Why can't it just be a low grade weapon? Flawless logic...

I can relate to you but tents add so many core elemets to the game that you have to ignore this negative aspect. Most of the time you die on the road anyway if you run back to your tent without looting first. If people want to spoil their game by running through cities without stopping, let them. -
it isn't hunting simulaitor either. If you're mature (like you see yourself I guess) you would stop flaming different game styles. This game is DayZ. Nothing else. There are no rules, and there shouldn't be any rules. Everybody can play this game they want and there is no reason to cry because you got shot.

Well I don't think that burning people is that bad. You can burn in almost every game, e.g. Skyrim, rated 16. MW2 rated 18. The Forest rated 18 (I guess). And these are just the first games to pop up in my mind. I don't think that a burning patch would ban the game, even in Germany. And if the dev team is going for a 16 rating you don't have to bother with the game anyway anymore.

Sure, and I am all for realism and ideas like yours but by now it bores me to read "it would increase roleplay" (the new version of "it would increase realism"). This is the standard argument for any suggestion and I just wanted to advise you to think of more and different arguments to back up your idea. Not everybody will like instantly. I'm confused that there is still no one who said: "but how is it important for surviving" (the standard argument against most nice small ideas) -

Is this "more roleplay" the new "it would be more realistic" argument for every suggestion? Why would it even increase role play? Are you becoming a bandit after being handcuffed? So your purple marks make you role playing? Also, why would you stop trusting someone if you notice handcuff marks on him? Isn't it a good thing that he was the victim and not the offender? Anyway, a good idea. But the one being inspected should have to allow it if he's not dead / unconscious. Maybe you should have the possibility to inspect yourself for wounds before bandaging, cleaning the wound etc. -

If these things are removed on purpose you can read about it in the changelog (you can find one on the dayzwiki). If it doesn't say so post it at the bugtracker. Or maybe they just became rare. -

Maybe add melee with weapons at all and not only a hit from behind (give bayonet a reason! つ ◕_◕ ༽つ )

Would be extremely difficult to add this in a decent way. Better just let us finally design our faces sims like...

Jeah that's what I tried to say, it should be like a small vehicle with l. wheel, r. wheel, barrel, etc but without the need of a permanent foundation (you can pick it up).

mimimi this is not a respawn shooter!!!11 I'd like to see things like that ingame, I wouldn't even mind if you can put it into pieces and then pack it into 1/2/3 backpacks. Or maybe like in Arma as backpack-set itself.

I like the idea to go to special places for a higher chance of one type of gear (Backpack stores, beans factory, fishing shop, etc). And this idea right here is a very good example. I don't think that there should be tents all the time, or maybe mostly destroyed tents with holes, broken frame... (no savety/less strorage etc.) If the spawnrate for a tent is around 1% the spawn rate at camps should be at around 15-25% (that there is atleast 1 tent)
