The fact I don't play the game you want makes you butthurt as well, after playing this game for over a year and a half, adminning on gods only knows how many servers, I've seen and done it all, I've been the worst bandit to the nicest hero you would ever meet, I learn about things before opening my mouth about them, I've tried holding people up, and the first thing to happen was the person I tried holding up, they opened fire, if you're going to lose all your stuff might as well just die, they want to ruin my fun of playing the game, I'll ruin their fun of doing a stick up. You play the game how you want, I'll play it how I want, end of story.

On public hive I have over 48k humanity, I worked my ass off for that, not going to lose all my hard work and good deeds because some CoD kid finds a weapon and thinks it would be awesome to kill me. In short, NO!

Personally, every time any one has ever tried to take my hostage in Day Z, I do what ever I can to make them kill me, its just a game, I WILL NOT entertain some ones power trip by letting them parade my around, make me play stupid games, record it for their crappy youtube channel or what ever, because at the end of them taking you hostage, they're going to kill you any way, dead is dead, my way makes it so I get right back into the game, not letting some one go on a power trip because their life sucks. Just as a little side note, last time this happened, I was a fresh spawn outside electro, no weapons, group of three tried to take me hostage, so I ran and made them shoot me, re-spawned at Drackon, ran into electro from the other side, went to the fire house, picked up an AKM, went back for where they were waiting for fresh spawns and killed all of them. Hostage taking I think is be a neat mechanic in the game, just used horribly by the players at large. My two cents, Creeper

Welcome to our little dysfunctional family, as OrLok said, starting off on vanilla servers is the way to start, once you get a handle on that there are other game modes and maps to check out, I recommend using Day Z Commander for all your map/mod/update needs. Worst one to date, playing on server, fresh spawn, i head into electro, find a Enfeild, as I go around looting hear something like a DRM, its hitting buildings all around me, " meh, guy can't shoot for shit " I thought to myself, then over side I hear what sounds like a 13 year old kid that has just learned the word " MFer " which he used a lot, " quit Fing hacking, my had my scope on your head nine times and the bullets hit behind you ", i just laugh and keep looting, five shots later ( which missed ) I find a pair of Bino's and start scanning sniper hill, which to my surprise, he wasn't there, so I look at the power plant, like a true dumb ass, there he is at the top of the smoke stack, so I run over there, and climb up ( how he didn't hear me climbing up, I don't know ), so now I'm standing behind him, yet again, over side his punk ass yells out with " turn off your inviz hack, faggot ", I switch to direct and key up, " i'm not inviz, I'm standing behind you ", to which he replies, on side " now you're not, faggot, only one way to get to me, and you didn't take it ", s smile, take aim at the back of his head, yet again, I'm on Direct VIOP " so you're not on the smoke stack at the power plant ", " no " he answers " thats a spot for camping ass faggots ", " good to know " I respond and pull the trigger " so, how was the view, camping ass faggot? " He rage logs.

Basicly what I'm hearing is, you want this to be Fallout: New Vegas?

You know, I was going to post this video but didn't. out of fear of it getting yarded. My stance of third person is the same as Dyslexi's, I've been saying it for years, " wanna know what's around a corner, stick your head out, might got shot off, might not ".

There has been known bugs with the NPC's, was playing on Musty Gaming last night, took two full mags from a M16A2 ( i know most of them hit ) to drop one NPC, the other NPC's when down in two shots

First off, our server is not, nor has it ever gone down, your ban came from proof, that we still hold that you and your friends duped pipe bombs to assault our base, that is why you where banned, oh and very nice sending your buddies onto our vent to harass us, hope they enjoy their bans too.

So, slight problem, server I admin on, every time some one tries to to give another player a blood bag, they get kicked for Script Restriction #171, not sure why this is happening, any one else with this problem or a fix for it?
