Maybe you should rent your own server and run it how you see fit. When you have an empty server for a couple months maybe you won't be so bothered by what other servers are doing. I agree there's serious abuse going on but as was stated already, it's not like you can't find another one to play on. People keep making these same posts while sooo many vanilla servers without all the shit admin abuse remain empty. Go figure.

Actually, there a few days of adding buildings. You can place buildings using the admin map the same way you add vehicles. Click on "custom spawnpoint" and type in the class name. That's the fast and easy way. Don't have time to get into map editing etc. as it's time to leave for work. There are video's on youtube that explain how to do it the "right" way.

You DO know that a scripter can pick out any player they want and kill them from across the map right? They can also make it so when you get back to your body, there's no loot. Take what you see posted the most in this thread and do exactly the opposite. People want vanilla day servers but no one wants to play on them. It takes a lot more than how the server is set up to get consistent players. A website with a forum helps. Advertise everywhere, all the time. Oh, and keep your fingers crossed.

Unfortunately, it's highly possible you weren't even teleported. The admin could be relying on a program to catch everything. If there's any lag between said program and the server, movement can show as a teleport. If that's the case, find a new server where the admin pay closer attention themselves.

Pro tip, leave a fully stocked high value vehicle somewhat close tour base as a diversion. Since doing this, my main stash has not been raided. I do spend a lot of time setting up those decoys though.

That should do pretty good. Probably run on med/high settings as long as you don't have too many things running in windows. I'd highly suggest doubling the ram and getting a much better power supply.

There's part of your problem. Seriously though. Assuming you have a pci-e graphics card and the proper power plug coming from your power supply, most all pci-e cards will work. It's a matter of what you want to spend. Just keep in mind that the newest cards will be faster than your CPU/MOBO.
