Uhmm. You ARE aware theres a freelook key right? Left alt key. No need for numpad. And I dunno what's wrong with your mouse but I can do a complete 360 in one sweep with mine in game. I have acceleration turned down very low as well. -
It won't be an issue once loot spawning isn't dependent on server restarts. Patience.

You can buy arma 2 combined OPs and THEN play dayz mod for free. Simplez. It's the only way.

How are they suppose to know he isn't just another server hopper? The only answer here is: Don't log out where good loot spawns and avoid all the bullshit. -
You have to be on foot for loot to spawn. Otherwise it would wreak havoc on servers spawning loot just because you drove through a town. There would be loot spawning and despawning all over the place for no reason.

The history tab lies as well. I've only played on servers from 1 hosting company for the last week (basically 3 servers) but my history says I've played nothing but vilayer servers. All of which have pings I would never attempt to join. Go figure. We need dayz commander for SA!!! -
But, did you realize that everything you've mentioned (other than the recorder idea) has been posted hundreds of times in the past 2 weeks? There's a growing number of "first posts" here from people with grand ideas about things that have been discussed to death so you get responses like the one above. If you look around the forum you'll see that those issues are being addressed in whatever order the dev's decide to tackle them.

If this works, it needs to be changed. What you're saying here is, I can gear up my dude named Creature and go park him at NWAF, log out, change my steam name, get another character geared and go start trouble at the NWAF. When I'm shot I simply change names and I'm fully geared and ready for revenge.

You're going to be hard pressed to find anyone here who supports cheating, let alone cheating to show how leet of a dayz player you are. Things like this are the reason I'm very skeptical about peoples "awesome combat" vids. I also hope NONE of those things end up in private servers for the GAME.

Solnichniy is a spawn point now? Sweet! Solnichniy, Factory, Orlovets, Factory, Polana and Berezino. That's a lot of looting right there.

This is a known issue. For what it's worth, I've been sticking to 1 specific server for the most part and the worst I've encountered was spawning at the coast once with all my gear intact.

How does $70-80/month sound then? That's what the typical 40 person server is going for.
