There should be heaven and hell. When you are a bandit you will go to hell when you die and respawn with nothing and when you die with honor you will recieve food and drink and random item when spawning.

Yep. It was mentioned that you can damage other persons gear. Cant wait to see how they build the weapon cleaning and breaking system.

I really like the awareness the 3rd person gives me. The 1st person is not good in the mod but hopefully works nice in the standalone. Servers should have the option to choose which one it uses.

Good to know. I found a working helicopter but crashed it into forest cos i didnt know how to fly it. Lost my good gear and started arma 2 tutorials :D

I try to follow a player and see what gun he has and what he will do. If im in the beginning of the game i might shoot and loot. But normally i just want to make friends. take good cover and contact the other player. In close quarters i shoot instantly.

I think that Cherno is more dangerous because of the snipers. It takes good sniper to hit you from the sniper hill but there is always someone there. I just run thru like a headless chicken and hope for the best. Survived every time ;)

I hope it needs a beast computer so i have a reason to buy one :D Looking for options right now. It will be optimized better so i think it wont need one.

I play it on laptop. I have old Asus G73JW. Intel Core i7-720QM 1.6 GHz @ 1.85 GHz(Intel Core i7) 12288 MB, DDR3, 1333 MHz NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M - 1536 MB Runs good when you travel alone. Little fps drop when you are in a firefight. Great laptop, i play lots of driving games using a projector and all cods run great and BF3 with fraps. You can get much better laptop with the money i payed for this right now.

Great tutorial. This game has so many things you can do and so many little things you need to know so you can master the game. But it needs so many hours playing and reading these tutorials. Dayz is the only game i know that has so good community and development. Every question gets answered and problems gets solved.

Private hives give better playing experience. Better group of players( if you find a good server). Some made up guests and the one i play on has only few bandits. Maybe better loot and more vehicles. But altogether better experience.

More guns. The gun modification sounds nice. The military style UV flashlight would be nice idea? You can see the light with night vision goggles. I dont know what they actually use but it would be nice to "make" light that nobody sees with their eyes. Military suit that hides the heat signature of your body. Ability to play zombie amongst zombies. I cant wait for the stand-alone.
