I don't see much point in General chat. In the mod folks would just kick for global chat use. It'd just be trashtalk anyway.

I tend to live a really long time. Gathering supplies inland and North, then heading to the coast to give aide to any friendly that wants to chat. Then I head out again and restock whatever I gave out. Killing every freakin' zombie mother along the way. Just wish there were more zombies. I've lost a couple characters to wipes but only been killed once. I waved at a guy who had an axe, he waved back. I turned to walk away, so did he. Then he came running around the other side of the building and axed me to the face. Not friendly.

I imagine cooked food will be more nutritious than canned or raw. Now we just need Ramen noodles that stack to 5 in the backpack. Maybe Tapatio hot sauce.

If they ever added respiratory hazards to the environment (Or maybe zombies) I'd freakin' explode with excitement. I find them in houses and hospitals, and I believe I found one in the jail cell of a military building. Not uncommon.

Still haven't killed a human. Thought today I almost did... while walking the coast to give newspawns canteens and can openers I saw a guy all decked out like some kind of Umbrella Corp. commando. Kept my rifle on him and followed for about ten minutes, but he didn't do anything unforgiveable. I'd really love a zombie count though, I kill a lot of zombies. -
As far as music goes I can take it or leave it. I think the best video game music is the kind you forget about while playing. I never once said to myself " This would be better with music."

And the little siren they do. That'd probably make a good weapon if there were more zombies.

I really like the idea of doors being random. I personally go into buildings whether or not the doors are open, but it'd make a nice touch to add some doubt.

I totally agree with OP about two long guns to replace rifle/melee. I personally own a backpack that carries a shotgun and bolt rifle. Or maybe offer a dragbag, with little carry capacity but allows for two long guns. -
To me not knowing is part of the thrill. If I could look at a guy on a hill 800m away and see immediately a nameplate to identify him... that'd kill it for me. More clothing would be nice, as it'd give enough variation. But even then you could still mistake someone for another. I personally enjoy the anxiety, and the cost of carelessness.

I'd really like the zombie threat raised to catastrophic levels. I've got a dozen games in which I can kill people or zombies. But if I could survive both here it'd be near perfect. Weather with environmental danger would be nice. (Cold, rain...)

Every time it happens I raise my weapon and spin around. I know the one time I stop responding to the phantom soda, it will be a real bandit standing behind me with a coke and a smile. -
