Now I admit that I maybe missed something in the patch notes but I'm fairly certain there shouldn't be an apache gunship parked beside the apartments in cherno. I think the admins of UK 355 might want to check their logs for whoever spawned it.

My wee brother is on his 2nd tour just now. I'm sure he's glad there's Apaches about for when his warthog just isn't enough.

Apaches are awesome. My brother sent me a video of one that landed at his barracks. Freaking loud!

I've found that I get 1fps increase on doing this on my laptop. I know eh! Whoah! It did make alt-tabbing faster though. Luckily I don't need to worry about it on my desktop.

If it wasn't for the "care bears" the bandits wouldn't have anyone to hunt. Its not like they go looking for a fair fight. Personally I change my attitude depending on where I am. If I'm on the coast it means I've just started and I want to get starter gear and get out. I will shoot any who looks at me funny cos with few exceptions they will do the same to me. Same if I'm at stary or nwaf. People are just too squirrelly at these places to be particularly trusting. But the crucial point is they have to act in a particular manner to make me shoot them. The problem there is that normal player behaviour ie sneaking about with a weapon pointing is inherently suspicious. I've probably been killed by many potential friendlies just because I'm sneaking about close to where they are hiding.

I was swarmed by zombies in a cabin in gvodzo and lost my first ever automatic weapon, an m4 cco that id found in a deer stand at windy mountain. After spawning at balota, a guy I know offered to drive me up there to get my gear back. So he rolls up in his jeep and we taken a swift trip back up north. We find the cabin and i run in and grab my gear. I jump back in and he speeds off. He hits top speed just as I inadvertantly hit the scroll wheel and eject from the jeep. Of course, i splatter all over the tarmac. After a good 5 mins of my mate pissing himself laughing he tells me he's gotta log off and if im coming back for my gear its gonna be on foot. I spawn at kamenka and decide that the gears best left where it is.

Plus the flashlight takes up your sidearm slot when you equip it. Once its in sidearm slot press "L" to switch it on.zombies can't see the light but players can.

I'm assuming from your specs your running a laptop? How does it handle heat? I've had problems with my laptop running games cos the GPU draws so much power running at max constantly that it overheats (causes artifacts and hangs) and it also starves other components of power (more hangs). Can your nvidia control panel reduce your GPU usage a little bit to see if that helps your problem? Grodenn is correct in that if you don't load your GPU enough then it will pass load to CPU. Be careful you don't detune too much.

Turning off headbob and turning off post processing does the trick for me. Everything else is maxed and my setup is similar to yours.

For the dmr http://www.dayzwiki.com/wiki/DMR Note it can be used for calculating range (based on hight of the target) and aimpoint. Also note that the mildots mean different things at differrent zoom levels.

I would be careful while doing this though. I broke my legs crawling over the broken door!
