Seems like a decent idea at first glance, but as mentioned, if one of your friends died you would be unable to play with them. Also, when I build a base, will it hop servers with me? -

Yeah the controls are really hard to understand. Walkin is WASD (completely insane WTF) and when having your flashlight in han you scroll your mousewhell and it suddenly says "turn on/off" (if you managed to put the battery into it, which seems too hard for you (keys for inventory are also located on your keyboard, forgot to mention that for WASD, try the upper left part of your keyboard)) As for your character lying down when you try to walk, you probably have a broken leg.

If the guy looks exactly like you (he does) it's most likely a dupe so you better not pick that stuff up.

Or you try to be sneaky, as you always had to be. Or you knock the zombies down and run while they recover. Or just run in general. There aren't that many zombies around atm anyways. What will you do once we actually have a decent amount of zombies everywhere?

You need to hit "set default" after you customized your character.

I took a whole pack of antibiotics, didn't change much. Just make sure to have the highest food and water level, my sickness cured itself after 10 or so minutes

Well, this or a silenced gun. Seeing how rare those + ammo will be, bow/crossbow will be the way to go (aside from melee)

Well then he should have posted it on the devblog, as the reddit mods could easily repost there. I just feel cheated for not using reddit (well, I do now). This is a standalone now, it has its own devblog, it's not a mod for the reddit community. -

TBH it wouldn't have taken much effort to post it here and on the devblog as well. Copy/Paste, and it still makes me really sad that someone else had to inform us about what he's writing on a medium that is far less accessable than for example these forums. -

Yeah thanks Fraggle, I can read ;) But I call BS now, It's playable, obviously (see damn reddit submods). What I don't get is: Why does he take out old guns now when it had been clear for ages that they will be taken out? It just doesn't make sense to me anymore. -
