    Well of course they didn't want you to have to travel all the way to a gas station. Just hit alt-f4 while you're flying to instantly refuel. :rolleyes:

    I don't know why some people are hating on this client server architecture... We haven't seen it yet so we can't make any judgement. I have my fingers crossed that this will actually be something really awesome, but only time will tell.

    Well you should put in an official ban report then. This isn't the correct place to do it. If it is an official server, they have no right to do that. P.S. The server is most likely run by immature people. It's breaking Villayer people, not braking. lol

    Have you tried resetting all of your filters? I've had the same problem and it's because some random filter was on and the server I wanted to play was slightly different.

    95% chance your server will just be a waste of money. Go play one of the thousands already out there. Most servers are already vacant because people just play high population ones.

    This will be better dealt with in the SA as there isn't just a blood system. Overall health is almost as important as blood. As for my opinion with the mod, I think taking them out would negatively impact the player base. It takes far too long to just eat food and is too much of a hassle for the everyday player. I like the fact that I don't have to spend hours just farming up food so I don't have a black and white screen. Just stop going lone wolf man... teams are way more fun. Plus, on a realism side, a solo person in an apocalypse would probably have a much lesser chance of survival than a band of individuals.

    Rocket says that 3rd person will be in the SA but also says that there will probably be the option to host a 1st person only server.

    When they first implemented little birds in November or whatever I probably lost three in a row before I figured that out. Tip: Never trust anyone with a gun or hatchet until they put them down. Even after that, only trust them if they get in a TeamSpeak/Mumble/Skype conversation with you. People who just want to kill you won't take the time to get in contact with you. Plus, when they hear your voice they should naturally stop treating you as an object and find it harder to backstab you.

    Just for a future reference, if DayZ is up to date, that means ONLY Chernarus (the original DayZ Map) is up to date. If you join any server other than DayZ Chernarus it will say you are out of date. I've seen more than one person not realizing that there is a difference. If you want to play one of the other 20 some-odd maps or Mods of DayZ Mod, they you need to download them additionally in the install panel.

    The Origins guys aren't too helpful sometimes. I think they are really busy... You could try asking here: PC-Gamers.net We have maybe the biggest Origins community outside the official servers so some of our guys are pretty good experts.

    2 shots hitting with an M14 will kill you. They do 9000 blood damage, the same as a DMR.

    You have to talk to them... It's their server so they can do whatever they want.

    Check my sig. We have the #8 top DayZ server and a group of really great regulars. We are full sometimes up to 12 hours a day and rarely see anything fishy.

    You need to update your version. Not your DayZ version, your DayZ Origins version.
