Yeppp... you summed it up. If this was realistic (I know it's not), then people would only be killing for gear and survival means, not for fun. People who kill for fun have mental deficiencies... but I guess this is only a game, not real life.

Another server? I think people need to just join a server that fits their requirements instead of making their own. It's hard to find a private server now that has that many members because everyone is spread so thin.

I like Object A2. I wish the other maps had more of the subterranean areas.

Make sure that everything is updated on DayZ Commander. Go to the Install/Update tab and make sure the ARMA 2 patch is up to date and that DayZ is up to date. When joining servers, you can only join the ones in white. The greyed out ones have the wrong version, or different from what you are running. You can sort out only the server you can play on by checking the "Hide Wrong Arma2 Version" and "Hide Wrong DayZ Version" on the left hand side. I hope this helps!
