Just no.. DayZ tend to fuck up alot with the new patches, most people have problems with FPS when running it on state of the art computers, just be patient and wait till a stable version comes out. Theres nothing wrong with your rig, isp or settings.

Go to a less populated server, go to a less populated part of the map. DayZ isn't real life, no. But it is something I play. People find it funny to ruin things for others. I know I do. This game has become such a troll game it lost all its potentiol it had, sadly. Fences/tank traps infront of EVERY fire station (and no you cant jump over cause they are all double placed). Campers with high gear just sitting at Elektro taking out every newbie that passes even though they dont got any gear. Those who say it isnt true never play on a 40+ server.

You guys should stop complaining and deal with it, play something else in the meantime like Wasteland etc. I know it can be frustrating if something fails to work correctly though spamming this thread wont speed things up a single bit. Also dont start to call each other names this isnt xbox live..

I dont really care about the fancy new stuff I just hope the lagg is fixed in this version. Its only with DayZ I get this annoying lagg, I can play on normal servers without any lagg and everything maxed out. Though I noticed it's not on all servers its only on those that dont restart every six hours, and if its been five hours since their last restart I can notice by the framerate I get aswell. Good servers are like the Chicago ones and the SE ones.

This mod is clearly not for you.

It's a stable amount as it is now, why change something that is good?

I had this too: - Bought ArmA 2. (Had this problem aswell with the free version though I dont know if the problem lays here) - Installed it in the standard folder (which should be C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2 - 32bit or 64bit doesnt matter). - Downloaded DayZ and the latest beta patch. - Downloaded and installed Arma launcher http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?89731-ArmA-2-Game-Launcher. - Drag the addons from the left box into the right one and be sure they're under Group 1 and checked. - Execute everything as admin and check the box 'Launch as Beta' under optioons.

Unplayable for me aswell. Had playable FPS with the 1.6.0 patch though 1.6.0.1 made it worse. Also it came to my attention I lagg alot on a DayZ server compared to a normal multiplayer server or singleplayer.

It's due the new update (1.5.8.2). It is server side.

Very well, too bad some not able to handle admin privileges caused the patch to be delayed. Can't wait hope the new clothing system is in it!

Close all servers -> Update -> Open all servers. Though let Rocket do his thing, it will come out eventually.
