Everyone has a different opinion on the zeds and im pretty sure they will never be perfect i play the game every day and i don't see alot of the issue reported in fact i can jog up behind zeds to melee them pretty easy. I'm pretty sure if we checked sight and sound it should be close to Deans original if not the exact same infection from zed hits is lower then Deans original.

Yep we should have fixed this. Also the leg break issue. spawn selection is down to the server admins. they chose to enable/disable

That is true so as a 100% release date how about Monday the 16th. On a serious note the dates on the change log are more testing between. We have set down the 16th for the release date. We have a few small issues we would like to clear before release found by the guys testing @ TMW - BRMF - MUSTY again guys thanks for the help and support.

Current Bug list Amount of the items spawned in vehicles are missing in the column "Inventory" of database "object_spawns". Database "Character_dead" is not using at all, procedure "pCleanup" is just deleting the dead character record. I couldn't set up a tent, can anyone confirm that. ????????? DayZ loading screen logo is blurry. When i attempted to blood bag it said : Bloodbag has been interrupted without even moving. I think the 'Study body' is still not functioning properly... msgs vague Skin Changes causing kick in BE. Recombining AKM magazines disappear; will find out if same issues apply to other magazines/clips/arrows. Combine Mags now dupes mags ???? need more info. Debug spawning - seems to be an issues with incorrect files (server.pbo & mission). Loot & Zed delayed spawn time. Mission gen site has incorrect files -- This has now been corrected plz make sure to redownload your mission blood bagging is failing on our server, says transfusion was interrupted -- FIXED Missiles on little bird cant be repaired FPS issues Skin Issues AntiTP causing Debug spawns after 30 players -- Disable the antiTP Not a bug Script Restrictions are not issues with DayZ. just tested this on 1.8 m14 body shot knocked player out. 1 shoot to the head killed the player Tested again m14 to body knocked player out 2 body shots killed player. We need to do some more testing to see if it was blood loss or gun shots that killed the player during body shots. -

Infection is a general term used nothing more.

Antis do nothing for sepsis. Keep your antis for infection. What is spawn rate of antispetic systems. in loot form its more common then antis. however you will also be able to cure by gathering plants and crafting a antiseptic rub without needing any tools at all. Basic recipe = tin can + plants + boiled water = antiseptic rub <<< all can be found within the land Knowing the land helps alot here.

Infection from zed hits has always been in dayz we didnt add it we only changed the percentage's. For now yes food/water/raw food/low temperature will cause infection we hope to define this more at a later stage but for now its direct infection. Sepsis can only be cured with an antiseptic ie wipes or antiseptic rub (coming soon). You can also craft bandage's called sepsis bandages these will cure sepsis and fix bleeding in one go. please note sepsis gives 15 mints before anything happens to your char you have a total of 30 mins to cleanse your self to stop infection starting. Stage 1: The first 15 minutes You cannot pass the infection to others You do not take blood damage You have a warning blood icon to show infection Stage 2: 15 minutes - 22.5 minutes You cannot pass the infection on You lose 1 blood per second You have the normal blood loss icon Stage 3: 22.5 minutes to 30 minutes You cannot pass the infection to others You lose 2 blood per second Normal blood loss icon During all 3 stages using any antiseptic system will remove the threat of infection.

Ok seems your getting a little confused. _rndInfection = (random 100);_hitInfection = (_rndInfection < 1);This is the infection chance 1 of 100 = 1% 99 of 100 = 99% 50 of 100 = 50% so on //diag_log format["fn_damageHandler.sqf (_damage - _bloodPercentage):%2 _rndInfection:%3 (exp _rndInfection):%4 _hitInfection:%5 _bloodPercentage:%6", __FILE__, (_damage - _bloodPercentage), _rndInfection, exp _rndInfection, _hitInfection, _bloodPercentage]; _rndInfection:%3 is in the diag_log line does not mean 3 % it in fact it means number 3 in the format in this case _rndInfection. http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/diag_log < here is the log just to make sure you understand your reading a logging system not a percent. Example 2 But anyway no point in arguing any more about it. be leave us or not.
