    so zeds will always try to run in a straight line ( shortest way) to reach a player but if obstacles are recognized they will use generated paths which are dynamically generated...sounds cool :-)..

    Quick update for 19 November 2013

    "Zombies now use gestures instead of complete animations for attacking" :) yes yes yes... this could mean an absolute breakthrough...zombies will no longer stop and then finish a complete attack animation before moving again but instead trying to hit you while moving...awesome especially in combination with the new pathfinding :thumbsup:

    Yap I am quite unsure if I should play the SA before they have added all of the new areas (especially the north). At least the basic layout should be visible not speaking about every little detail. Maybe it would be the best to lock those parts of the map for the alpha...but that's just me

    From my technical understanding they have to fix that for every single enterable building and the reason for this bug has been discovered just a few days ago...It does not hold up the alpha release but I think it should be fixed before.. just my two cents

    I would be fine with removing 3. person view for vehicles completely, implementing Physics and use ToH flight model... Beside that everybody is free to use TrackIR, joysticks, pedals and steering wheels :) which I think is the only way to get as close as possible to the real thing

    Since we've got ( as it seems) the Arma 3 godrays already, I guess we will see the Arma 3 fog and the new Arma 3 rain implemented as well

    There are around 50 cities, towns and villages on the map to cover which does not include the new locations, Utes, and single farm house etc. I think 3000 zeds will probably be enough to cover these areas but we can't expect a lot of spawns in the wilds beside the occasional wood workers . Random spwaning herds could compensate that :-)

    By radio I mainly think of radio stations (cross server) like Radio Wasteland (from Fallout 3) bringing the latest news and playing some cool music (should be of course lore based) and people listening to it where ever and however it is possible. Most people here are imagening more somekind of Walkie Talkie when they hear "radio". I think it would be the best if the devs could create two different items...radios ( common) which can simply be used to listen to the radio stations and CB radios / Walkie talkies ( rare) for comunicating with other players.

    Since official cross server radio stations will be implemented I can not imagine radios to be that rare (headsets for communiction might be rare though). beside that people could spread word...

    Since economy ( loot spawn) will be regulated by special main servers ( as far as I understand), global trading will be an important feature of the SA. Not forget to mention that the official featured radio stations will also not be tied to just one server , I think making all players feeling part of the same world even if they are playing on different servers should be a main aspect of the game. Question is how to handle this without allowing server hopping, combat logging and meta gaming and forcing players to use ingame mechanics instead.

    I guess this is a question about the technical meaning and not about the release date it means that in arma2 the client had access to information about the blue area ( complete map) while now the client has only access to info about an area like the red circle....should be obvious what this means
