exactly my thoughts :thumbsup: ... a proper stamina system is also missing .. PS: talking about balls...with cannibalism implemented, suicide in the making and drugs more or less confirmed we should maybe also talk again about getting "little" zeds B) -
Since we can now go "Terminus" and eat people I find this patch note very exciting " Kuru class renamed to BrainDisease". Does this mean that there will be a chance for cannibals to get Kuru and even the shakes ? Imagine you talk to some other survivors and they start getting the shakes... thoughts ?

Short and simple suggestion I would love to see cardboxes added to game. Folded they would take maybe 4 inventory (tetris) slots but unfolded and placed somewhere they could be used for storing stuff inside buildings (persistent...maybe limited to one box per player) providing around 70 slots ...( they would work the same way as tents but could be used inside of buildings and structures) thoughts ?

Some time has passed and persistent item storing and basebuilding are looking promising. Maybe a good time to bring this back on the table :)

I think Kuru or any kind of brain disease caused by eating human meat would be just used to get a proper ballancing of choices and consequences and not to simulate RL survival aspects. As I wrote before this should be a last desperate option and not a new fun part after force feeding and burlap sacking...same goes for murder...drugs...suicide etc etc..implementing such features without any consequences is useless.

I was talking about just a chance to get something like Kuru...maybe the more often you eat human meat the higher the chance you get a brain desease The consequence of being a cannibal should not be a deadly desease but more some random visual penalties ( like the shakes) which would have a huge impact on social interactions.... Would also be nice to see similar consequences for different playstyles...

Cannibalism has been implemented with the last exp patch ... Kuru has been renamed to brain desease and is not about realism but about bringing some Book of Eli style features into the game...which would be awesome...just having the possibility to eat people without any consequences would be boring ...

...and what if we can not manage to join next big Elektro Tupperware Party ? ,,,but yeah maybe also using book pages to wrap our bloody deer steaks in or making smoked fish and smoke dried meat for the upcoming long winter :)

Would be cool to see some more locations added for different rollplaying groups like medics of the wasteland or even cannibals (if this feature will be implemented). Count me in will check out Black Mountain Castle as soon as possible....love the idea -

Voted happy, never expected to see so many features and such a high quality outstanding art work at this point. -
With coming basebuilding and functioning item persistence we will always be able to simply go for our secret weapon stache, tomato plants or even our fully equipped base making "perma death as it is right now more or less a useless feature. Clans having vehicles, especially choppers picking their killed team members up at the beach and a possible suicide option will make this even worse. A time penalty feature seems to be an interesting option as long as it goes for private hardcore servers. maybe it is time for a forum hardcore server ....1. person only...no TS...shorter days and nights ..extended perma death... ( one can dream)

This system works pretty well and would even allow large underground bunkers and facilities like in Stalker, if they would create proper structures for it....For example take the large office building and replace all windows and entrance doors by solid concrete walls ( nothing fancy) except the roof exit of course . then place this stucture into a deep whole so that only the roof exit is above ground..cover open spaces with different objects ( like rocks or plattforms buildings etc) and voila there you have a multi levelk underground facility...... just an example...but imagine if they would create a few of such structures or even create a modular "dungeon system"containing empty rooms, floors and stair cases....( devs if you read this take a look at the Elder Scrolls Editor and how they use modular systems for creating different dungeons using modular systems....)

Will we in this case ever see the promised desease and infection system anyway ? It sadly wasn't mentioned in any devblog or roadmap but announed very early as a major feature for the SA. If it will be implemented as planned, pooping ( in any form) would be of course a vital part of such a system, to properly simulate all different aspects of deseases and infections like for example Blood Flux, Cholera and Typhus. This does not mean that it has to be fully animated or even controlled by the player....important in this case is not the pooping itself but stuff like spreading infections especially in high populated areas and for example scenarios where clean water would become more valuable than an M4 or an AK.... For me personal an absolutely must have for an apocalyptic survival scenario... just my two cents...

Zombie 'paper dolls' for rapid iteration and creation of new zombie types. yes yes yes...and yes :) ...would be cool to see them wearing ruined / rotten and of course bloody versions of existing clothing...

Reporting status loot on military base

We should not forget that loot tables will be completely overhauled as soon as the economy server system is in place.... BUT I am a bit worried too that DayZ will be probably too much sandbox regarding loot and lore. I am wondering if there is any team member writing some background lore for the game, which is very important not only but also for loot tables.What does the CDF look like what kind of equippment ( weapons) do they use, which western forces were present at the beginning of the outbreak ( Nato,UN) Same goes for the police, national guard , special forces, fire brigades, medics etc etc. Not to forget to mention NAPA and ChDKZ .This would allow to clearly seperate civil and military weapons and gear into gear for CDF ( CR75 maybe, Ak's grenades and that stuff), Nato/UN gear ( M4 etc) , civil weapons ( sporter, hunting rifles and all kind of handguns including the Colt Python, 1911, Makarov, Amphibia ...these are NO military weapons !!), Guerilla (NAPA,ChDKZ) gear ( Mosin, AkM, SKS....), Police ( FNX, tactical shotguns, MP5.....). Spawn points could be miltary buildings for CDF, crashed helis for Nato, evac camps for UN, Police stations and cars for police and riot gear, castles and other secret locations for guerilla weapons, and finally civil weapons and ammo should spawn in any kind of civil building ( same goes for melee weapons) ! In this case I would also like to see to see stuff like medical equipment, handcuffs, flares, walkie talkies, fireaxes etc spawn where it makes sense and not all over the place.. -
I think this is very stupid since it would give the possibility to expand the map in the future and make different places more different and exciting....especially locations like green mountain. or the military hoispital complex near Kamarovo... maybe an underground DLC :)

very very very random sound and ligt effects...some scattered notes and papers providing some background lore...more interiors ( I think i saw a screenshot of the radio twower with new interiors somewhere)....soldier zeds, road blocks, barricades and dead soldiers like in the mod...
