Tbh i just ban one what i think is wrong, not following any specific set of rules, i've only banned one player for a reason other than hacking though but people who get shot then abort and log back in somewhere else to get a advantage on you have got to go, server hoping/avoid death is really annoying.

most likely playing on a veteran server, most vet servers have it disabled

Just install the game from steam then download the dedicated server from the Tools tab

You need both games installed to actually use Combined Ops

You've not put the beta .exe in your normal folder, i'll make a picture on how to do it give me a few minutes

Ignore it, it won't affect your game everyone gets it.

It's best to get it on steam as the retail version takes more effort to set up, but if it's cheaper there it will still work.

Arma 2 Combine operations. or be cheap and buy just arma 2 OA and get the free arma 2, but it's best to just get CO

Try right clicking ARMA 2 OA : properties > local tab > verify integrity of game cache, try doing it for Arma 2 as well just to be on the safe side
