what? zombie can use axe now? You can change your characters appearance to look like a zombie in the profile options.

Ohh sorry i assumed you'd already bought it, i personally think you'll be hitting minimum requirements because of your card, i think seeing as you're getting quad core that it'll be alright in the processor section the min is 2.3Ghz Dual (From memeory), memeory/ram should be fine. I'm gonna guess at probably medium/low, i can't say much for the gameplay as the mod lags on my high end machine as it is, due to the bugs/optimisation

Well that gives you the details to see if you can actually run the game, and run at recommended specs, no is going to give you the answer if you can run it fairly well on medium settings you have to try that your self. Why not just get bootcamp for your Mac as well.

Arma 2 actually already has a medic system, that's used in a lot of coop missions/warfare, i wouldn't mind actually seeing this in the Mod

You could try creating a new profile in the main menu > Profile editor, but i've seen other threads like this you could try searching through them
