I'm currently reinstalling windows 7 and attempting to update my LAN driver to stop it from blue screening me every 5 minutes but after I've done this, I'll take a look on tea viewer if you'd like, six and worrom cause a lot more problems -

They're not making anything difficult, and it's not a game it's a mod, the game runs fine and the mod runs fine if you install it correctly. There are already lots of guides on how to install it. http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=18588

Go to video settings in game and turn off post processing effects

Does using low res texturtes improve frame rate?

Using any lower settings will always improve fps -
Personal favourites in order are DMR BAF AS50 - more accurate than m107 M107 M24

It's up to server hosts, you're best joining localish servers -
