Yes there are hacks that can show vehicles, but it's also possible it was just coincidental, sooner or later every camp will be found and of you moved the car it will create a huge dust cloud which people can easily follow

That's the bus's spawn point (or one of them) so it will always be there on different servers unless moved. -
