An Alpha mod is different from a game in alpha a mod is a modification done for free usually with out studio support, so a free mod made by a few people in their free time can not be compared to a game that has a team of developers done in a studio with more software/staff/equipment/time. -

People can only talk with in close range of you through direct chat, or when in a vehicle with another player vehicle chat. The typing key is "?" I think And to speak on the Mic use Capslock

Exit steam > run steam as admin > right click Arma 2 > properties > Local files> verify integrity of game files Start Arma 2 load into the menu then exit Do the same for operation arrowhead make sure you start as OA not CO, also remove any lunch properties, then exit the game re add the launch properties and run as CO If that doesn't work get rid of six updated its a load of rubbish, and install dayz manually. -
