Cherno is a clusterfuck, I would rather crawl over broken glass to Berezino than set foot in Cherno. :) That, and I was hoping to find morphine in a deer stand long before I got to Berezino, it just didn't work out that way for me.

I just did the count - I searched 17 freaking deer stands on the way to Berezino. 17. Plus all of the military tents in Stary. Only to find morphine in the FIRST FREAKING DEER STAND I search after getting morphine from the hospital. That made me rage harder than when my legs were broken in the first place :) I saw no heli crashes on the way either. Another time I broke my legs on the stairs of a barn on the road between Moglievka and Novy Sarbor. Rather than crawling anywhere I just stood up in the middle of town and fired rounds into every zombie that came my way. Once out of ammo, I started hacking them with my hatchet. By the time I started bleeding and passed out I was surrounded by over a hundred zed corpses. Must have been a sight for the next person to happen along that road.

Well, the pro of having your legs broken is that you are tough to spot. I did have a hard time getting into the deer stands with a broken leg, often getting stuck with my pants down dangling off the side with agro zeds below. I stocked up on beans and pop at the Zeleno supermarket, anticipating a long trip ahead. I did not linger at Stary, no sign of anyone there when I was visiting. Just glad the whole ordeal is over. I considered offing myself at the beginning, but my will to live was too strong. It was boring as hell, mind you. On the plus side I did happen on some decent weapons on the way, and now am reasonably geared up.

Yeah I guess those water terrain squares are all so similar the program can't figure it out. Bummer, so close but yet so far....

Very sad to hear this, you ran fine servers. I was just thinking of donating, as I have been playing on US9 & 10 regularly for the past 2 weeks or so. I would be willing to kick in $20 for your efforts, but I don't want to purchase a ticket on the Titanic, so if the deal is done or a foregone conclusion then I have to pass with thanks to you for your efforts. If there is a chance for a last-minute fundraiser to keep US9 & 10 online for at least another couple of months then consider me in for 20, just let me know here.

In with the OP. I work under the assumption that everything that is either 1) on another player's corpse; 2) in a tent; or 3) given freely to me by a mysterious stranger, is hacked/duped in. I don't take any of these things. I usually don't even look in other people's tents. If I do and they look like a player has been legitamately squirreling away honest goods, I'll leave it. If it looks excessive, then I destroy the contents.

You need to make sure that you are running the program with administrator privlidges. I received the same global ban code when I first tried to play multiplayer. Don't expect any help from Bohemia, BattlEye, the DayZ Mod developers, or least of all this forum. There is such hatred for hackers that you are guilty with no chance to prove yourself innocent around here. I expect far better customer service from the products I buy. I will not purchase another game that uses BattlEye. I do have the game up an running finally, no thanks to them. All it took was to make sure that I ran the program as an administrator. Try it, it might work for you.
