IMO people playing on "PvE only" servers take away from the game as much as admins who modify starting load outs or provide high end gear for people. -

Not sure how integration could work for this. Just add dime bags or 8balls to loot tables? Not sold on this idea.

Dayzdb.com for a loot map although try exploring on your own first. Youtube and other forum posts for insight into strategy and what not to do.
