Well the GF is wondering why im in such a good mood today.... this is gonna be a tough one to explain. -
I use this practice as well. If for some reason I do have a vehicle i rarely store anything I cant live without in it. Always keep whats needed on me. Bases are only useful when sharing between a group of friends.

Agreed. Some servers now are going way overboard with the amount of vehicles and start equipment. Its good fun for a little while if you're looking for pure PvP but it wears off.

Very interested in the revamped inventory system. Hopefully it will reduce the need for what I like to call 'backpack math'.

Calling this a PR nightmare tells me you don't know what a PR nightmare is. A PR nightmare is having your released game removed from steam after 24 hours and being called a scam. What this is is a small group of people upset that the announcement wasn't what they wanted to hear. The majority are totally satisfied with what was said. -

Use DayZCommander and you can favorite servers so you dont have to go searching for them. I also need to know how you came up with the name fanny wang. I love it.

Become a field medic. Offer medical help blood transfusions bandaging etc.

Keep at it. You'll get the hang of it. Once you get used to how the zombies react to certain player actions it will be a breeze. Then all you'll have to worry about is blood thirsty bandits.

Easiest way to loot is to let other players do it for you. Hang out in one of the fire stations in cherno or elektro and just wait for someone to wander in. Kill them and loot their body. This way you dont have to deal with zombies :)

Most people despise when others openly advertise servers here but Im shameless so im going to drop some knowledge on you. Once you get the game go over to balotabuddies.net sign up, get whitelisted, and voilà no more worrying about script kiddies. Bring your friends. Thank me later.

I thought this thread was for standalone discussion. k3lt has basically hijacked it turning it into a piss and moan thread about not getting any updates to satisfy his childish needs.
