TrackIR (head tracking)... essential hardware!
ImageCtrl replied to -MadTommy's topic in General Discussion
I bought it. I don`t use it. Mous + keyboard feels accurate. TrackIR feels fun... + drunk. :P -
Not voted, the servers are not supposed to restart. Not worth the work temporary. (nice idea random doors open when servers are supposed to restart, but this is not the case)

Game really hard on high-pop servers
ImageCtrl replied to infiltrator's topic in New Player Discussion
It`s because they miss restarting them. I don`t know why. Game really hard on high-pop servers = Game really hard on experimental servers -
I was reading the speedloader are buged. Don`t use them. Test the gun without them.

Only for balancing. :P

:P Ok, come back in a few months. No lie here btw. You will see.

ImageCtrl replied to stealth_katsu's topic in New Player Discussion
Thanks for "the desync and mouse feels shitty" from the rest of us. :P -

What are your biggest concerns and fears regarding the near/far future of the game?
ImageCtrl replied to joe_mcentire's topic in General Discussion
For the "normal" Game I fear nothing. When horses come, than they work proper. If they work not proper, than he takes them out. All money spend on the real world I fear nothing. -

What server game rules "existed" which you liked?
ImageCtrl replied to Firstbornchicken's topic in General Discussion

What will make me trust another player? Solo players v. Solo player
ImageCtrl replied to Gimpylung's topic in General Discussion
I see many videos maybe both sides think they act fair, nice, human... They kill each other. :P -
At which point is it justified to shoot a man that's surrendered?
ImageCtrl replied to thelonewarrior's topic in General Discussion
100% agree. When someone not communicate, he is a possible threat. Only my personal point. Must I kill each possible threat? No. I will only kill a possible threat, when he came in a position where I lose the control. -

Maybe a bit oftopic, but I leave it here... :P sorry.... Conflict.... On the basis of a review of relevant literature, five belief domains stand out as especially noteworthy: Superiority, injustice, vulnerability, distrust and helplessness. 1. Superiority This core belief revolves around a person's enduring conviction that he or she is better than other people in important ways. The cluster of attitudes commonly associated with this belief includes a sense of specialness, deserving ness, and entitlement. 2. Injustice The perceived mistreatment by specific others or by the world at large. This mindset can lead the individual to identify something as unfair which is merely unfortunate, and thereby to inappropriately engage in retaliatory acts. 3. Vulnerability The vulnerability core belief revolves around a person's conviction that he or she s perpetually living in harm's way. Vulnerability involves a person's perception of him or herself as subject to internal or external dangers over which control is lacking, or is insufficient to afford him or her a sense of safety. 4. Distrust This core belief focuses on the presumed hostility and malign intent of others. The critical role played by issues of trust in individual psychological development has long been recognized. The expectation that others will hurt, abuse, humiliate, cheat, lie, or take advantage usually involves the perception that harm is intentional or the result of unjustified and extreme negligence. People who consistently assume the worst about the intentions of others prevent truly collaborative relationships from developing. 5. Helplessness The conviction that even carefully planned and executed actions will fail to produce desired outcomes. In some cases, the individual may perceive him or herself as lacking the ability necessary to attain a goal. Regardless of the extent to which helplessness is a matter of distorted perception or objective reality, this core belief tends to be self-perpetuating because it diminishes motivation. -
Keeping the coast clear of bandits and suspicious characters that don't listen

End watching at the killing of the guy with heands up... you are no heros. (Zero problem) Nice aim btw... I imagine you in this situation.... http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/170726-what-will-make-me-trust-another-player-solo-players-v-solo-player/ You would force him to drop the weapon. He of course is not doing it. A needless fight starts. -

I can only say that I camp as hell (of course not in his position). I have also a moisin. I play hero style. It could be me (of course I would answer). No one want be forced to eat shit etc. This can happen if you drop the weapon. Your team was in a position of 100% control without forcing him to drop the weapon. Of course firing back was ok. The question is, would the fight start when you not force him something to do? Kill him when you are eyewitness. Watch now the rest. I guess I see much blood. :P -

Watch the first 80 sec... Use the "-" key in this position... AND you think you help someone? You force a survivor to drop his weapon and wonder why he start fire? Maybe the video is nice, I don`t know, but the headline for the video is missleading. You are the bandits... -
The game is worthless without a "bad community". They are a important part of the game.

Before you fix or add anything else.
ImageCtrl replied to Obscura (DayZ)'s topic in General Discussion
I don`t care. I know they fix it anyway. I accept the note in the patch. Why has <insert any bug> not been fixed yet when there is new content coming in?While priorities are very important when assigning work, there is a limit to how many people can work on a complex task without making it even more complex. Also, many of the team are focused purely on content/design so while the important stuff is being fixed, they continue to provide content and design updates.
