Last time I played a few days ago they were doing this. Cleared and entire town with an axe and pistol and probably 1/2 of them never even moved even as I was slashing them. I think they just broke sometimes.

Lol yeah. I love going to buy like a PSU or something from Best Buy and someone walks up to me "Can I help you with anything?" I always tell them "No thanks, I know more than you ever will" and walk away from them. I used to just mess with them and make stuff up that made no sense like "I'm looking for a motherboard junction to secure my hard-drive to the graphics card" ... and then they would go look it up and tell me they are out of stock.

Also never bring anything to a "computer repair place" that isn't a locally owned small computer repair shop. Best Buy's geek squad especially has no clue what they are talking about and just hire people with no experience off the street and teach them to lie about what is wrong with your computer to sell you expensive parts.

That's because you believed the devs when they said the game is on a new engine using new MMO-like architecture where everything is server-side. Clearly it is not and people are using the same slightly modified hacks from the Mod.

This isn't a bandit move this is a no-skill scrubby move. If real bandits like myself and my large group wanted to do this ... it would not be fun for you. But real bandits wouldn't find it fun to go around killing people who are just trying to help others with the mad ridiculous and complicated medical system in this game. If anything I would be more tempted to help you medics and join your bodyguards to slaughter the people like OP trying to give bandits a "bad name".

I don't like to use the R word ..... but this idea is retarded. Do they not remember how badly the Mod got killed because of modding? There are twice as many 100000 vehicle barracks everywhere free Heli giveaway 24/7 noon time spawn with full loadout Epoch servers as all other kinds combined because of how easy mode they made every aspect of the game. For every 1 good idea the modders made with original DayZ there was 500 ideas that ruined the game.

Anyone who actually played in the old Mod days, not the people who lie and say there was way less KoS because they clearly weren't actually playing then, will tell you exactly why starting with a gun is TURRUBLE. And this. You already start with 2 weapons. I call mine Jack and Hammer.

This game requires like 20 buttons minimum to play ..... why in the name of god would you even think using a controller is a viable option? And that's just currently they are probably going to add more stuff that requires even more buttons. How are you going to learn to use the far superior KB + mouse if you don't even try? The entire inventory system is designed to use your mouse. Didn't see any mention of that in the video.

How would getting more people to play 1 type of server solve the problem of needing 2 types of servers? Don't quote me if you're post is going to have absolutely nothing to do with my post you're quoting.

I sure love the "But the community clearly likes 3pp exploiting" argument. This is a videogame which is now mainstream. Obviously everyone wants to make it as easy as possible. For proof look at Epoch on the mod. It completely killed every other version of DayZ including the base game .... because it is the most easy-mode mod and added vendors all over the map where you can buy every item and turned up loot spawns real high and added barracks all over the map so you can find sniper rifles 2 minutes after spawning in ... making it not even be a survival game anymore. If you let the "community" decide what is "good" for the game they will completely ruin it and make it as easy as possible .... which is the exact opposite of the intention of this game.

Based on the fact that right at the beginning of the "QQ hacker" part the guy he is playing with is crouched motionless on the catwalk with him and then without moving his character just starts sliding backwards right through a wall I'm gonna say they were just on a shitty Desync server. Either that or Frankie was knowingly playing with a hacker who was also speed hacking and has no right to talk. Also watch some videos of the actual speed hacks in the game. They are also flying threw the air and moving about 20x faster than the guy Frankie is crying about. And again the guy hadn't even moved 1 step for the previous like 10 seconds before he shoots Frankie so he would have died either way hacker or not. He was just jumping on the "QQ SA sucks and the devs lied about everything" bandwagon.

The video you posted OP clearly shows the ladder on the left side of the wall the guy filming is facing. Sometimes you have to face 180 away from ladders to get the scroll action to pop up.

He had no reasoning, he was crying about KoS because he got killed and saw someone desyncing / using a not very good speed hack (when he got killed he was corner camping in a building and couldn't hit the "hacker" who was outside not even moving and shot him) ... after an entire video of him going around KoSing (like all his videos) and showing he hasn't cared about the SA for months by not even knowing what guns were in the game and acting surprised when he saw the .22 rifle like he thought the hadn't added anything new. He then at the end cries about how the devs "broke all their promises"?

It is not even close to an intended feature. The only reason it is even in the engine was to make it easier to control AI in Co-op missions which was what the game was made for. They never had 3pp PvP in mind when they added this "feature".
