I would just like to say this is not true at all, i understand how you are finding it hard i did when i first started playing the mod too, but today i have died 3 times and managed to get good gear again everytime you just need to learn the basics of the game and that might take a long time but you will love the game when you learn it. i suggest watching some videos on youtube and learning how other people play. I like the new zombie speeds it makes it a bit of a challenge but i dont like the way the animations dont match the speed of the zombies it looks a bit wrong, and also when they jump at you while running they jump about 5 m and that doesn't seem right at all. i also noticed that if i die and respawn on the same server and get back to my body that i cant access my gear in my body, its even worse when you die because of zombies walking through walls or the bug where you go to get on a ladder and it makes your character sprint (usually off a roof)

actualy today i had zeds sprinting faster than me and my brother we had to stop and axe them down in last nights patchs they made the zeds a hell of alot faster

people have been complaining about how the pathing sucks since the mod... the zombies being able to go through walls should not be accepted in a game focused on realism... and most of us dont fire our guns of carlessly i use my axe and i still get zombies respawning right in front of me coming through the walls of buildings or the ones that are invisible and all of a sudden your screen flashes it says you're bleeding and then the zombie appears

Right now i feel as if the 5 minute wait timer is far too long, espicially in alpha! one of the issues i have is that i play with my brother who lives on the other side of the world (long story) so sometimes getting a server can be hard so lets say i find a server and tell him the name but then he can't find it when he searches for it, the next step is for me to join the server and see if he can see it in the friends tab, and usualy it ends up havin 300+ ping for him so i then have to leave my server wait 5 minutes while we keep digging for a server we can both play! this is retarded. or what if you join a fully dark server and you have no light source, well then you get to wait 5 minutes to go look for a server that you can play on, and combat logging was fixed with forcing your character to sit down when you log out which i think is nice :D

if you want to find people on the coast go to low pop servers then you can go and cap all the server hoppers carelessly looting, i would suggest elektro

yeah i know it's there but it would be really nice if it was in the 'advanced' filter menu just so i can eliminate some of the servers that i know i dont want to get onto and not accidenty join them.

Hi i really like the constant patches and all the new items it keeps the game interesting, but one thing i feel im missing is the ability to select weather i want regular or hardcore in my filter. when i'm looking for a server i judge the one i join on a number of things (Players, time of day, ping) and sometimes you find a server that looks perfect hit join and when you finally get in you realise it's not the mode you wished to play. Another thing, it would be nice if the server history showed the servers in the order in which you joined, it's rather useless trying to find your previous server if you dont know the name of it kind regards hiphopboy797

Thought i would like to make this to find fun things to yell at people i have restrained and players i am chasing, please add your own ideas and any fun stories :) #1: befriend a player, offer him a bloodbag, collect his blood isntead of give it. after that tell him you're going to need to amputate to stop the infection and kill him with an axe #2: Restrain player, force feed them rotten food, alcohol, and disinfectant. this should lead to sickness and a hopefully quick death. #3:Restrain player and then beat them to death with your fists. #4(will come as i try it on a player)

Yeah same thing just happend to me and my friend, we spent about 3 hours gearing up then BAM no gear when we changed to the next server, and it just happend to me again now WTF
