Why hasn't DayZCommander update to v0.75?

I banned someone with dart, and when I unbanned them, it still says "You have been banned." They're IP, and GUID are NOT in the ban.txt or banlist on Dart, is there anyway to fix this? I've restarted the server, deleted the ban.txt, removed dart, and tried rebanning and unbanning.

No, we had players spawning in the volcano, and when they moved they would respawn, or they would be spawning in two different locations, flashing back and forth between the locations, unable to move.

Seraja Army base seems to kill people, and Tara bridge flings people up... I'll get a video of this here in a couple of hours.

Idk why, but every time I restart the server all the MTVRs (Just the MTVRs) despawn and won't respawn, they aren't even damaged...

Well... Looks like another update for 1.7.6...
