    Universal "First Contact" Protocol.

Yeah, that s about all i do instinctively :) Exept In most of the case it ends in: "oly oly ...HOLLY SHIT!!!" :)
  3. Like I said in another post the solution is not in rewarding good guys but in "punishing" bad actions, yes, killing is a bad action for most of us^^. The skin out is perfect. Human is not binary. Sometimes we need to shoot, sometimes we can avoid it. Soldiers have nightmares, even if they think they kill for the good. That must be simulated to reach the graal Dayz is looking for^^ KILLING IS HARD, it must be an hard choice each time. 80% of humans believe in something after death why not implementing it. You do bad, you go to hell ^^ What s hell? Waiting for respawning and playing the game we love. First kill --> You will wait one hour to respawn when death Second kill --> +50 mins 3 --> +40 and so on.. Then once it reachs 6 kills--> Each kill --> +10 mins So if you are a serial killer^^ It will be punish and you know it, there is a consequence to kill other. I think people will really hesitating between kill or not. Mike
  4. Hey, this is a nice idea. i mean, think about it a second, killing killing killing... ok, i mean, it s easy in a game, we don't really think of it because there is no real impact. When you don't kill, yes you feel "good" that s all, you won't get anything else from it and it s nice! But when you kill, i think a real human feel bad, really bad. Listen to soldiers, they have nightmares etc etc even if they "think" what they do is good or for the good. You look someone in the eyes and bam. Just shot him.... man.. it s awfull... I think we must feel that in a way. And in a game we can't really put nightmares etc... But it must have an impact. More you kill, more you have to wait before beeing able to respawn, i m sure people would think twice before pulling the trigger that will be a little like:"Man I killed a lot.. when i will die... ima burn in hell^^ for 6 hours" XD. That is very interesting I think. Dayz wants to simulate everything.... cold, thrusty, angry, need to take a crap... well guys... it s time to fill this aspect too --> killing is not easy, specially when you don't know someone and he s shouting : "please don't shoot, i m friendly" Again, thanks for this game. Everyone is a Bandit

If people trust you in bandit... They will trust you in survivors^^ Some people don't want to kill for nothing but sometimes they need to. But, Now, it s not sure the next time they will kill again... Human is not binary, not made of 1 or 0. I love this new update for that reason... You really make your choices, not choices called by your skin. You re not a bandit, or a good guy, i think we are all survivors. This patch is wonderfull, eccept for the framerate issue :/ Sorry for bad english, thanks for this incredibly fresh game. By the way, I met two guys today, both really friendly... maybe they killed before, maybe not, I don't care, it worked and we separated after... the patch is killing nothing... maybe it will even help coop... Because if they got bandit skins i would have fired. Mike
