have you reinstalled both arma2 and arma2 oa are you using gog versions of the game -
have you run the steam as administrator and launched both games first

yeah your jitter is quite high put sykpe on and see if it goes worse some isps have qos enable for skpe and programs like that -

he did read it your having problems with your ping in game logic dictates that you should run ping test trace routes and speed test to identify the problem -

do you get this on all servers -
sometimes servers do kick if your both on the same ip but i think this was sorted in one of the patches if not you just need to change the port your connecting on but i believe the ports are now random on one of the betas

steam broke the files when they updated the content system/ merged a beta patch run steam as admin then validate the file and it should get any you may have to do it 2-3 times then launch each game and try again it may be helpful if you say what the error is

i believe the option is taken away now and its bound into your cd key but that may of been the next patch

close steam start steam in admin (right click and run as administrator) right click on arma2 and properties then local files click on verify integrity of game cache and do the same for arma2 oa run arma2 to the menu run arma2 oa to the menu click in expansions make sure the following are enabled arma2 arma2 oa arma2 baf lite arma2 pmc lite if not enable them and restart then exit the game run dayz commander reinstall/install the lastest beta patch reinstall/install the lastest dayz files then double click on the server you want to play on -

yeah that appears every time to say the anticheat has loaded does it get stuck on every server or just one -
if you verify in admin mode it finds the corrupted files better and actually downloads them.

i recommend playing arma oa training first it will teach you the basics like num pad enter is 3rd person and in dayz you start with painkillers and bandage and a torch you have to find the rest -
