in the settings there is paths to arma arma oa and dayz make sure they are correct -
you were on a private hive gear stays on the server you had it on public hives and shared private hives you keep you gear from server to server

its a pita when it dont go right the guy that fraggle was on about spent like 4 hours up till about 3 or 4 in the morning helping him one problem after another i was laughing my head off when he asked if zombies were on every map it was shocking -

uninstall battleye from the uninstall in the battleye folder and run the newer battleye installer ftp://downloads.bistudio.com/arma2.com/tools/Setup_BattlEyeARMA2OA.exe run as admin again -

yeah its worth a go delete the rar file in the @dayz folder otherwise it will reinstall the same one or just delete the whole folder start from fresh then -

try deleting battleye from the expansion folders and re installing from the the battleye installer folder in arma then sitting in a lobby and seeing if it updates and validates you guid make sure you right click and run as admin -

turn off the one on your computer too and then switch them back on 1 at time if it works so we know which one it is if any -

basically just turn off your firewall for your router just to test then switch it back on if it works -

the dgn has an automatic update somewhere when you login to the webpage for the router you right click on the files in steam go to properties local content and the verify game cache (must be done with steam in admin mode) and run each game back to the menus switch the router into dmz just to see if the router is blocking this
