    dont add both @dayz and @dayz_epoch to your mod line use @dayz for dayz mod and @dayz_epoch for epoch these have conflicting files with different versions

    close steam start steam in admin (right click and run as administrator) right click on arma2 and properties then local files click on verify integrity of game cache and do the same for arma2 oa run arma2 to the menu run arma2 oa to the menu click in expansions make sure the following are enabled arma2 arma2 oa arma2 baf lite arma2 pmc lite if not enable them and restart then exit the game Then install the beta version and the mod

    its because of the registry that holds your cd key is shared on win vista + you need to either revalidate and start the game on the key you want to use each time you switch this will insert the key into the registry or export the registry file for each key and then reimport it when you want to switch the second way you dont have to switch steam accounts to change characters

    usually a bad file somewhere if it happens on every epoch servers its your files are corrupted and need reinstalling/verifying starting with the mod files

    if you get the logs from the server should end in .rpt and be in the place where your server config is. you can open it in notepad or ++ up to you and copy it to pastebin or a similar site and link it here.

    I take it this is a retail version of the game not steam versions. you need to update both games arma 2 needs to be at version 1.11 and arma2 oa needs to be at 1.62 before you install the beta patches you can check the current versions by starting each game and running it to the menus and it will tell you the versions in the bottom right hand corner you can get the patches from here you may have to install more then one patch for each game to get you to the required versions

    Ja nukes are hard to prevent you only thing you can really do is have backups and lots of admins to roll back when it happens

    Kichi is correct its the antihack on the server kicking you, the server admins need to update it

    This is usually an issue with NAT Translation. To get around this, create a shortcut to your ArmA2OA.exe, then right click on the shortcut > properties and add "-port=2350" to the end of the target line. Then just launch via that shortcut to play. The number doesn't really matter, just as long as it's different from the other computer which will use 2302, 2304, 2305 by default. This will change the client port (though it's not documented) and should allow you to connect to Internet servers.
