as said above, if its antihack related you should get some sort of spam in your client side rpt, you will not get a reason there. the best way forward is to contact the server admins or owner his logs on the server will tell you why your being kicked and then he will be able to solve said issue

when icebreaker made maps i believe it was his 2nd map and he made it along with another guy it took 6 months of work to get to a release state with further time spent on fixing issues before that there was about 2 months of research into columbia and venezuela. making maps on VBS is not quick and is definitely not easy a lot never make it to having any items/houses or even trees placed on them and the ones that do have a lot of issues. mapmaking would be a possibility it was said with the modding, but i doubt there would be a mass influx of maps made. as for getting bored of chernarus i have been playing that map for about 5 years as have many, i have not grown tired of it yet
