We have 300+ vehicles, Active Admins, The server is based in Singapore, so fairly decent ping for Oceanic Based Players, American ping isn't to bad either I believe. You can also jump on ventrilo with the Admin's at ip: ryvenius.typefrag.com port: 44463 if you just want to ask some questions, or perhaps group up with them for some gameplay, or need to report someone as hacking.
