Server Help

Ok so I recently bought a server for my guys to game on. I have been the only one messing with this and getting very frustrated with it. This my 3rd game server I have ever used. So I'm no means a expert on any of this. I would like some help setting up my server for my guys to play in. Its up and running but other than that i have basic control over it. if anyone is whiling to take their time and come give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated. I have a teamspeak and Skype.

Before anyone trolls all over me about not using Google or YouTube for searching, you're wrong. I have and like I stated I have basic control, so please have some constructive criticism. Thanks
